Chris is a charming fellow. Very easy to get along with. Explains everything he is doing. Like I said professional to the core. Definitely not expensive. Turned up with all the right equipment (how often have you heard those fateful words "Oh I need to go to the shop for something" - not Chris). Gets on with the job. Top class. I don't usually give recommendations but Chris deserves one. Thank you Chris.

I used Chris' service in March as I needed to check my satellite dish system which is on my roof. He was very professional and extremely personable; a really nice guy. He managed to ascertain the problems I was having and was able to fix it that afternoon. I was thrilled to find such an honest and professional trader so close to my location. Highly recommend Chris from Aerial-tec. He came to help us sort out some connectivity issues with our WIFI but the job turned out to be much more complicated than first thought. He worked over and above the allocated time to sort it out. He did his own research and came back several times to solve the problem. I contacted Chris when my Satellite Dish stopped working. He came and replaced the dish (it was nearly 30 years old!!) and had us back up and running in very quick time. His prices are spot-on and he provides excellent value for money and a quick and efficient service. Can't recommend Chris highly enough.

The organisation I work for ran a national experiment looking at television clearance and the quality of TV signals pre and post clearance. As part of this, Chris was asked to complete a special job including an antenna installation in Hastings, with a lot of technical requirements. Chris is a very knowledgeable broadcast engineer and a great professional. Chris at Aerial-Tec recently installed a dual band router as a LAN access point/switch to my studio. The building is some distance from our main house and Chris carefully planned and executed a brilliant job. After thorough site visit, Chris explained all the possible technical options together with the various costings. We are delighted with the result. We recently moved into an old house with a baffling aerial and satellite dish configuration, none of which I could get working. Chris got to the bottom of the problem, removed the old rotting aerial and dish and sorted our TV problem. Great service and good value.

Ours was a difficult installation due to the terrain in the Sussex countryside where we live. Chris of Aerial Tec has shown true professionalism from the start, being very knowledgeable and fully equipped with testing equipment and appropriate hardware. There were a few problems initially due to the erratic Freeview signal we receive, which was not his fault. He has bent over backwards to effect solutions to the problem, visiting several times without making any additional charges, explaining in clear detail what he has done. The installation was neat and very tidy, now working flawlessly across all the channels. His charges for the entire installation were most reasonable. My wife and I do not hesitate to recommend Aerial Tec and Chris, who also happens to be a very amiable fellow.
