Oh wow wat a great service by this company. They came & repaired my french doors that wouldn't close properly-took bout half an hour and the doors are now like new again. Had 2 wait a few weeks for this repair as they were so busy but well worth the wait. Will def use them again and high recommend to others as well Many thanks to you again Hilary jones

An excellent service. Turned up on time. Friendly, polite and took great care to make sure that we were happy with the process. Meticulously tidy and careful not to disturb us whilst the work was being carried out on 3 windows and a patio door. Cannot fault these guys.

The Aftercare team lead by James replaced some window sash balances in my flat plus two adjoining ones. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the team all had good customer care skills. I would both recommend and use them again.

I had to get the lower sealed unit replaced at my parents house and the locks changed to incorporate thumb turns rather than keys to lock the doors! It was difficult for me to arrange the repairs due to there being no one at the property, and my holidays! Aftercare were very accommodating. The work was undertaken without an issue, really good standard of repair, very nice fitter who cleaned up after he was finished. Good value for money, especially as they came out first to survey the required materials! I would highly recommend this company for any repairs needed

Initially the job had to be rescheduled as the hinges required more work than anticipated. This was thoroughly and honestly explained, with temporary remedial works carried out at no cost. A new quote was provided and agreed within a couple of days. Communication was excellent throughout with polite reminders sent in a timely manner. When the operatives returned they were on time, polite and tidied up before they left. They kindly explained ongoing maintenance, including how to adjust the hinges when required. I rarely appoint contractors for maintenance on my home, but was extremely happy with the service from Aftercare. Highly recommended.

Repair of a hinge on a wooden framed UPVC door. Due to demand there was a time to wait to quote and then carry out the repair. However, patience is a virtue and the finished job was very well worth the wait. I could not be happier. I would strongly recommend Aftercare. I am very happy that I had them recommended to me. I called Aftercare and spoke to Brian who was so helpful. I had a problem with my front door and couldn’t access my property. Brian said he would contact his engineers and see if anyone might be free to help me. James called back early afternoon and was with me within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later my door lock was replaced and the problem was solved. Absolutely brilliant service and everyone was so friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Autocare enough. Thank you all.

Not surprisingly this Company is much in demand. While we were made aware that we would have to wait a few weeks for a quote, as well as a few weeks thereafter for fitting we are very pleased with the completed job. Doors are like new. Very pleasant staff and professional service throughout. Very good value. So pleased we found them.

I called aftercare as I was having a few problems one being my French door that had dropped, and wouldn't close. Also I needed a quote for three replacement panes of glass for my front window which had gone misty. When I received the quote, I had to phone to check the price was correct as it seemed very reasonable. I'm so happy with all the work carried out today, Tyler was just so polite, friendly and very helpful. I would deffinately recommend Aftercare and wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I need them.

This company did an amazing job. I didn't know what to do with a misty window pane. The team came out to talk me through it, measure up and quote. The quote was really competitively priced and the window pane was replaced quickly. The team who replaced it left no mess and were done in 15 minutes. 100% recommend to everyone.

I had 2 problems with windows in my house and contacted Aftercare. They sent a man around to assess the issues. I had a whistling window at the front and a window with moisture between the panes at the rear. The quote was ok and the work was carried out very efficiently and the men were very clean and wore protective covers over the shoes inside the house. They turned up on time and the work was completed with minimum of disruption. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very impressed with Aftercare Double Glazing Repair. Called them in the morning as I was unable to lock my front door, a lovely chap came out, took one look explained to me that the plate had moved as the screw was loose, tightened it up, squirted WD40 in it and I was able to shut the door and lock it, I asked how much I owed and he refused to take any money, I was expecting to pay a call out charge at the very least, but he said it was fine, I felt bad as I didn’t even have any cash to give him a drink. A thoroughly decent company who I would recommend to anyone.

On 27/05/22 two workers from Aftercare Double Glazing Repairs Ltd. visited me to repair my sliding door and conservatory door. Both workers were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much of a challenge for them, and with hard work and determination they succeed in repairing both doors. This now means that I can access my rear garden (I was previously unable to do so due to difficulties with the doors). Aftercare Double Glazing Repairs Ltd. dealt with all communications and paperwork relating to the repairs promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the final fee charged was significantly lower than the original quote.

I had a broken handle on my bathroom window and needed to fix it as I was moving house. Jack arrived all smiles and said although they were very busy he would let them know we were moving and try and get it fixed asap. I emailed them giving them my contact details in case they had a cancellation. Within twenty four hours I had a phone call saying could they come and fix it now. Brilliant. And within minutes there was the smiling Jack back at my door ready to fix my broken window handle. Can’t recommend them enough, fantastic service from start to finish.

One of my sash window wouldn't shut anymore and gap at top leading to drafts, also had a sticky back door. They not only came out on the appointed day to assess, but were great when my car's emergency problem meant I had to collect from garage the same time they were going to arrive. I needed to co-ordinate being here for Aftercare, but getting to garage before they closed. Nichola contacted the engineer booked for my job who immediately called me with update on his job status. He rang his colleagues who had just finished his job and they were here within 20 minutes of him calling. James and Jack were friendly and extremely professional. Who knew there was so much to the workings of a sash window? Lots of measurements taken and I learnt a lot. Always good to know what's involved. Then took a look at my sticky back door. Advised oiling and exactly where, but also on inspection discovered it had dropped and said could be sorted when window done. Sorted. Quotation arrived quickly and accepted as extremely reasonable. A pleasure to have them in my home, which cannot be said of many workmen. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the work done by Aftercare. We now have a French door that reliably locks with minimal effort and a separate window that no longer lets in a significant draft. All parts of the process with Aftercare worked smoothly, from the initial contact, to the survey, to the replacement of the lock, realigning of the French door and the replacement of the hinge on the window. Considering the significant costs and lack of communication we have experienced recently from other tradespeople, we were almost surprised be treated as valued customers.
