This company found clever solutions to deliver all the requirements we had for a new shower room/cloakroom in a very very small space. My old boiler broke down during the recent very cold spell of weather on a Friday and I contacted AGW mid-morning. They provided good advice, a competitive quote and a commitment to install the following Monday. AGW turned up early Monday morning and fitted the boiler that day, with minimum fuss, no mess and good communication throughout, taking time to explain how to operate the new digital control panel. I have been using AGW to service my boiler for several years now and they are an excellent local company who respond promptly and gives you honest advice. I could have spent hundreds trying to patch up my old boiler, but the advice I was given was good

Completed on time and within budget, t he excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail is obvious in the finished bathroom. AGW replaced our old combi boiler and moved a radiator in one of our bedrooms. Andy visited to quote and emailed the quote later the same day. Date for work was set quickly and all communication was was prompt. Andy’s team arrived on time on agreed day and worked diligently to get the job completed the same day. The team tidied up when they had finished and Andy reassured me to contact him if we had any issues in the future.

AGW GAS LTD have been brilliant. The first call was a water leak on a Saturday at 5 pm AGW came within 10 minutes of my call, dashed to obtain parts and the leak was stopped. Second visit to replace taps, and toilet seats and click and release type sink waste system. Perfect again, clean and completed quickly. Last week our old boiler died. I rang AGW they came the next morning, the boiler had been ordered, was delivered by 10 am and fitted that very afternoon. I cannot recommend it more highly, and the price was much better than I envisaged. A very hardworking, honest and thorough plumber.

From the start, it was a pleasure working with Andy and his reliable team. Andy used his considerable experience to offer thoughtful advice. It was easy to see this was excellent and we followed it fully despite not having worked with the materials suggested before. Tim and Connor were polite and thorough. We were happy to have them around our home as we lived in it too. There were some supply issues which delayed the completion of our modest project but we are very pleased with the finished product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AWG for a bathroom makeover. Thank you!
