Thank you to Andy & Tim for prompt service from quote to installation in just a few weeks, a new Worcester Bosch boiler ordered (be aware lead time for quality boiler like WB are increasing). Tim installed the boiler in less than a day with very tidy workmanship. Had a few IT niggles with the app based Bosch controller which Tim popped back at very short notice to fix. Very impressed & satisfied, would not hesitate to recommend AGW gas Ltd to anyone who needs boiler replacement or repairs. Thanks again Andy & Tim.

From the start, it was a pleasure working with Andy and his reliable team. Andy used his considerable experience to offer thoughtful advice. It was easy to see this was excellent and we followed it fully despite not having worked with the materials suggested before. Tim and Connor were polite and thorough. We were happy to have them around our home as we lived in it too. There were some supply issues which delayed the completion of our modest project but we are very pleased with the finished product. I am absolutely delighted with the refurbishment of my en-suite. Andy was extremely helpful with the planning and selection of fittings, all I had to do was choose the paint colour. Tim and team did a magnificent job; they were professional and obviously experienced with all the tasks involved. All rubbish was removed leaving my house spick and span. I have no hesitation in recommending AGW; it’s a great company.

Our boiler was playing, hot water was only lukewarm. Andy replied within minutes to my initial enquiry and gave good support to diagnose the problem. This was followed up the next working day to confirm the problem and a quote received that evening. The work was scheduled and completed a few days later. Tim carried out the installation, arriving just after 8am as agreed. The work was carried out competently and Tim kept me informed of the progress. He took time to fully explain the boiler controls and the smart thermostat. Finally the area was cleaned up, rubbish taken away and he even helped me put the fridge back in place below the new boiler. Why can’t all contractors be this good?

Quick response to quote for removal of old CH system and replace with Worcester combi boiler. Work completed in 2 days to our complete satisfaction. The engineer worked really hard, felt complete confidence in him, all the rubbish was removed and the house left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Great work by AGW! The old boiler and radiators were taken away, and new ones were fitted. New water pipes, gas pipes and vents. Tim and Ben did a great job, and our house is much warmer than before. I needed my boiler, thermostat, and a new bath pop-up plug fitted. Tim and Ben did an excellent job — my boiler now runs quietly, the house feels much warmer, and the thermostat is dependable. AGW carried out a complete refit and upgrade of our gas central heating system. They fitted a new boiler, cylinder and all new system controls and electronics replacing several radiators and tidying scruffy original new build pipework as well. It is all working well and we were even able to leave them to it for several days while we went away to avoid an unheated home in November. We returned to a beautifully warm, clean and tidy house almost as if they had not been there. Couldn't ask for better. Andy was really helpful and informative throughout.
