I’d contacted a couple of local firms after my boiler are provider let me down following a boiler. A couple didn’t return my calls and another was busy for a few days. I had no hot water and heating so Andy kindly agreed to attend my property and check the boiler on the day I rang. Whilst the boiler was beyond repair he quoted me for a good quality boiler and some associated work within a day of attending which I was really impressed with. His team replaced the boiler the following week and everything was completed to a high standard. Excellent and honest response and I would highly recommend.

Andy has done a variety of work for us over nearly 10 years. Bathroom, En suite, kitchen remodel and plumbing including a new boiler. Has a can do approach and is up to date with the latest developments in his field. One of his great strengths is an eye for designing installations. He is able to suggest ways of achieving the desired outcome that perhaps had not been considered. It’s always been a pleasure to deal with him, Tim and also now Ben.

I called AGW and Andy visited the next day to assess our faulty boiler. A quote for repair or replacement was emailed to us the same day. We chose to replace the boiler as we found the quote to be very reasonable. Within 4 days we were booked in for the replacement and a new boiler was on its way. Andy explained our heating system thoroughly and the whole quotation and works to be carried out. Both Tim and Andy were here prompt on the day and completed the installation with the minimum of disruption and even got our gas and water back on within a few hours. All the rubbish was taken away and the house left clean and tidy as they had brought their own dust sheets to cover our carpeted stair runner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and relieved to of found such a reliable and efficient company for our future gas and plumbing needs. Thank you both.

I have known Andy for a few years now and he has carried out several jobs for me. Andy and his team, Tim and apprentice Ryan work hard and to a very high standard. They are totally reliable and good with ideas, suggestions and solutions. This week the team have refitted my heating system (new piping, radiators and controller). Very pleased with the work done. Right from my first enquiry Andy was really helpful. I needed a new boiler and was struggling to decide but he took the time to explain what I needed to know to make my decision. The new boiler was fitted yesterday by Andy and Tim who did a great job. They are both very friendly but still professional and took care to leave everything clean and tidy. Perfectly done. All the work was completed on time and we're very pleased with the outcome. All in all an excellent job.

AGW replaced our old combi boiler and moved a radiator in one of our bedrooms. Andy visited to quote and emailed the quote later the same day. Date for work was set quickly and all communication was was prompt. Andy’s team arrived on time on agreed day and worked diligently to get the job completed the same day. The team tidied up when they had finished and Andy reassured me to contact him if we had any issues in the future.
