Andy and his team have been looking after my rental property for years in terms of plumbing requirements and I recently had central heating and bathroom modifications completed in my own house which I asked Andy to do. The service, professionalism and competency of Andy and team are absolutely first class. Andy undertook a site survey on the same day I contacted him about the recent work and less than one week later the team was sorting all of my plumbing modifications to adapt my existing house to a rear extension, plus installation of 7 radiators, all in half a day. The quality of service I received from AGW is such a rare commodity in the U.K. Thoroughly recommended for any plumbing scenario. Thank you very much indeed.

I found Andy on this site and am glad I did. He responded amazingly quickly to my 'emergency' call-out to fix a non-working Greenstar boiler and identified the fault (blocked condensate outlet) immediately. And he gave a lot of sound advice on how to avoid a repeat experience. Not least of course to have the boiler serviced regularly. He will get my businees in future because his charges are reasonable and he gives confidence that he will do the work properly (unlike, seemingly, the last - Bristol based - CH 'engineer' employed to give my boiler a service!).

I have known Andy for a few years now and he has carried out several jobs for me. Andy and his team, Tim and apprentice Ryan work hard and to a very high standard. I called AGW and Andy visited the next day to assess our faulty boiler. A quote for repair or replacement was emailed to us the same day. We chose to replace the boiler as we found the quote to be very reasonable. Within 4 days we were booked in for the replacement and a new boiler was on its way. Andy explained our heating system thoroughly and the whole quotation and works to be carried out. Both Tim and Andy were here prompt on the day and completed the installation with the minimum of disruption and even got our gas and water back on within a few hours. All the rubbish was taken away and the house left clean and tidy as they had brought their own dust sheets to cover our carpeted stair runner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and relieved to of found such a reliable and efficient company for our future gas and plumbing needs. Thank you both.

Called AGW on Saturday regarding a leaking toilet pedestal and two radiator valves that needed replacing. The chaps were round first thing Monday morning and did a top class job. They were courteous, worked hard and left everything neat and tidy.
