Andy has done a variety of work for us over nearly 10 years. Bathroom, En suite, kitchen remodel and plumbing including a new boiler. Has a can do approach and is up to date with the latest developments in his field. One of his great strengths is an eye for designing installations. He is able to suggest ways of achieving the desired outcome that perhaps had not been considered. It’s always been a pleasure to deal with him, Tim and also now Ben.

AGW have modernized and refitted 3 bathrooms for us, fitted a number of new radiators throughout the house and replaced our gas boiler, hot water cylinder and all valves and the pump. We have engaged AGW for all our plumbing and central heating needs for many years now. They are experts in their field and we have never had cause to complain. Not only do they work efficiently, but they also explain everything carefully, are unfailingly polite and never leave a mess, putting protective coverings down where necessary and removing all replaced parts and equipment. The current job was done within a few days of AGW diagnosing the problem during a routine boiler service. The replacement of our boiler took only a few hours. It was, as ever, a pleasure to do business with AGW.

After the initial phone call a very early date was agreed upon to supply and fit a new Combi Boiler . The fitter arrived on time with all the necessary tools to complete the job . The job was completed in the allotted time with all the area left clean and tidy . A small problem occurred a few days after fitting but that was sorted the day that it was identified . So very happy with the whole experience .

From start to finish Andy and his team were excellent in quoting, delivering and installing to a high standard. We have used AGW Gas many times previously and always been very satisfied with the service offered, whether it is servicing the boiler, troubleshooting or replacing. On this occasion his team of two arrived promptly as scheduled at 8am, and had completed by mid-afternoon, leaving the area tidy, and the system fully programmed so I didn't have to worry about sorting this out. Everything was delivered to budget, and schedule. Excellent as always, thank you Andy and team.

Andy and the team at AGW replaced our decrepit floor-standing boiler with a new bespoke one from Worcester Bosch for our old town house. Professional from start to finish. We have used Andy for our heating and plumbing needs for over 12 years and always find the quality of the service outstanding. Ben and Tim came to us this time, they installed and commissioned a new boiler and also replaced a built in shower. My old boiler broke down during the recent very cold spell of weather on a Friday and I contacted AGW mid-morning. They provided good advice, a competitive quote and a commitment to install the following Monday. AGW turned up early Monday morning and fitted the boiler that day, with minimum fuss, no mess and good communication throughout, taking time to explain how to operate the new digital control panel. I have been using AGW to service my boiler for several years now and they are an excellent local company who respond promptly and gives you honest advice. I could have spent hundreds trying to patch up my old boiler, but the advice I was given was good

Andy and Tim replaced our old condemned boiler with a new combi-boiler, which involved installing new pipes and a new system. They gave us a competitive quote within a day and came to do the work 3 days later. The whole team are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and they completed the work efficiently and tidily. The work kept to budget and they were extremely quick to respond and support us when we discovered an issue with a leaky joint (caused by work undertaken by someone else on a previous occasion) that came to light with the improved water pressure. Everyone on the team were very polite, friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.
