Since 2004, AGW has installed 3 bathrooms, 1 cloakroom, 2 kitchens, a new boiler and fixed numerous issues with hot water and central heating in two properties, one a large house and more recently a modern apartment. Installation is project managed so there has never been any need to deal with timings of related trades people or rubbish removal The design advice and installation has always been excellent, the quality of fittings top notch and if any problems occurred, they were dealt with immediately and without question. I have no hesitation in endorsing AGW as a company that offers and provides top quality work and service. and always with a friendly smile.

AGW has carried out our annual pressurised system maintenance and boiler services for the last 10 years, and the resolution of any other plumbing issues at our main residence, and also all plumbing call outs and landlords Gas safety checks and certification for a rental property. Andy and his other Member of staff Tim have been excellent and have always given a prompt and very professional service. They are very friendly and considerate and respond quickly when a more urgent situation has arisen. I have always found AGW to be very straightforward and trustworthy and could not recommend them more highly

AGW recently completed my new kitchen. The service was second to none from the initial consultation, advice re style, colour and products, has on with suppliers, fitting and after care service. We had become disillusioned with poor service from the larger company in our town. We chose AGW as they are a smaller company which we hoped would provide a more personal service. They did! Called AGW on Saturday regarding a leaking toilet pedestal and two radiator valves that needed replacing. The chaps were round first thing Monday morning and did a top class job. They were courteous, worked hard and left everything neat and tidy.

I called AGW and Andy visited the next day to assess our faulty boiler. A quote for repair or replacement was emailed to us the same day. We chose to replace the boiler as we found the quote to be very reasonable. Within 4 days we were booked in for the replacement and a new boiler was on its way. Andy explained our heating system thoroughly and the whole quotation and works to be carried out. Both Tim and Andy were here prompt on the day and completed the installation with the minimum of disruption and even got our gas and water back on within a few hours. All the rubbish was taken away and the house left clean and tidy as they had brought their own dust sheets to cover our carpeted stair runner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and relieved to of found such a reliable and efficient company for our future gas and plumbing needs. Thank you both.

Provided great design options for our objectives with very realistic expectations of costs and time scales. Throughout the project, gave us very practical advice and recommendations. Completed on time and within budget, t he excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail is obvious in the finished bathroom. AGW workers were super professional: great communication, always on time and kept job site clean and tidy.
