We hired Ashley after a search on Which Local and having been impressed by the referrals already there. In short, he lived up to them all. We are delighted with our new windows that transform the look of our village home. I am so glad I looked at Which Local before having my windows double-glazed. I was reluctant to use any of the big national companies, both because of their sales techniques (of which I have experience) and because I didn't feel confident about the quality of their work. Ashley and his team proved every bit as good as I expected, after reading these reviews and meeting him for the initial survey. After several months of trying to find a local Window company we trusted we came across Ashley via a recommendation from a family friend. We had high expectation as he came highly recommended and we weren't disappointment, from the first meeting he stood out from the other companies we'd had quotes from. He listened to what we were looking for, gave very good un-biased advice, gave us alternative options and came across as being very knowledgeable and most importantly he didn't pretend to know the answers to everything! and the couple of question he couldn't answer he promised to find out and get back to us, which he did promptly. Ashley also took much greater care and time when doing his survey, measuring the windows and understanding how the were fitted. The installation went very smoothly, with minimum mess and to our relief no major issues. Once all the windows had been fitted Ashley noticed that one window pane had a scratch which we hadn't noticed, he arranged for the manufacturers to replace the it, which they did within a few weeks. I'd highly recommend Ashley and his team, and would gladly use them again. They all did a superb job and we were very please with the whole process and our new windows.
