I contacted ignite to have a look at our boiler which wasn't working. The engineer Ian was out in just over an hour on a Friday afternoon to fix the problem. Easy process from initial phone call to paying the invoice via link in email. Would highly recommend and would use ignite again for any other boiler issues.

Our 400ltr boiler sprung a leak and we needed a replacement urgently. Ignite attended our site the following day and helped us decide on replacement tanks which they fitted within the timescale they promised. The cost was much cheaper than the other quotes we received. We were kept informed through the whole process and messages and telephone calls were replied to promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that does what it says it's going to do.

Had a shower fitted a couple of months ago by Ian of Ignite Plumbing Services. An excellent job done at a fair price too. Had a small issue with the shower recently( of my doing!!) and contacted Ignite who arranged for Alan to attend the following day. Problem was sorted very quickly. These guys give you an ETA when they will attend and update you when en route, too. All staff are very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

This is the fourth service Ignite have carried out on our hot water cylinder. Everything is very easy to arrange with the online booking request - I was given a date and time slot for the engineer attending and kept informed when he was held up by a previous job. Each time we have used Ignite, the engineers have been friendly and I have full confidence in them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Once again the ignite team delivered as promised. From beginning (arranging the appointment), then in turning up and carrying out the service it was totally effortless and, so unusual these days very reliable. The team keep you informed at all times and are happy to answer calls, e mails and any questions. They also explain complicated matters in language I can understand - not full of technical jargon. In my view they are a team who enjoy their jobs and ensuring customer happiness and are very trustworthy.

This review is for a radiator replacement (a review was already left for other work done) Work was done efficiently and promptly, work area left clean and tide. A follow up visit was needed due to a very minor rectification but this was followed up very quickly and sorted out. I will use them for future work and am very happy to recommend.

I have used Ignite for both reviewing an existing system including power flushing of all pipework and the instalation of a new heating system. They provided a very clear and detailed report on the existing system which I was able to use in a dispute with the previous systems installer as there were problems with poor performance. I opted for them to replace the boiler and make recommended ammendments to the system set up and have had no issues since they carried out the work. They were very straightforward to deal with providing clear quotes, the quality of the work was excellent, the team punctual and friendly and they have provided an excellent level of service including servincing and follow up since instalation over a year ago. I have no hesitation in recomending Ignite to anyone.
