Alan was amazing, he arrived on time, with professional manner, he figured out the problem with our heating system where other engineers failed. We had great experience with Ignite, from the start of booking the appointment to having the issues sorted.

Pre-visit communication was excellent and the two hour time slot plus notification of being on the way allowed me to plan my day. Arrived with all materials for the works, serviced the boiler and fitted a new control system. Offered to programme for me despite it having taken its time to configure. Nothing too much bother.

Engineer arrived, serviced our central heating boile and found no issues with it. He was very efficient, friendly and polite. He has looked after our boiler for several years now without any problem.

Ignite fixed our hot water heating issue, which required a replacement motorized valve. From explaining the issue to booking an appointment, the service was efficient and straightforward. Useful confirmation and reminder emails were received, and the engineer was thorough and efficient, making sure everything worked as expected when the work was complete. Would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted ignite to have a look at our boiler which wasn't working. The engineer Ian was out in just over an hour on a Friday afternoon to fix the problem. Easy process from initial phone call to paying the invoice via link in email. Would highly recommend and would use ignite again for any other boiler issues.

Our 400ltr boiler sprung a leak and we needed a replacement urgently. Ignite attended our site the following day and helped us decide on replacement tanks which they fitted within the timescale they promised. The cost was much cheaper than the other quotes we received. We were kept informed through the whole process and messages and telephone calls were replied to promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that does what it says it's going to do.
