We wanted a radiator swapped out in the living room. We were having a new floor fitted, so needed it done quickly. From the quote to completion it was week, which was great. The guys were courteous and worked quickly with no mess at all. I would definitely use them again.

I had contacted Alan at Ignite Plumbing after a recommendation from a friend. Alan gave us a quotation for the power flush of the system. The Ignite Plumbing team arrived on time and worked through the day until the system was up and running properly. Their engineers kept us informed and were very helpful. We are very happy with the work and will certainly approach them again for the help.

I have used Ignite before and asked them for a quote for Supply and fit two radiators.I received a qoute which was competitive and detailed the work which they would carry out.They then emailed me a date for completion with a 2 hour window on the said day.They emailed on morning as reminder and 30 mins before the engineer arrived.Job was completed And am delighted Result. I would recommend Ignite as their ability To understand communications and how important that is to Clients sets them above their peers in this arena.I have now given them my 3rd job in 6 weeks.Says it all really.

Alan @ his trainee partner just fitted new radiator in our living room. He was recommended to us by our son who has also used him. He is lovely guy, friendly and he gives you as much time as you need to discuss what you are having done. We are very happy with his work and with cost paid so much so we have asked for a quote for two more radiators. We received emails confirming job, reminder day before, then exact time they would be with us on day. Absolutely recommended
