Ian from Ignite Plumbing came to replace a motorised valve on my Cylinder which required system to be drained down before fitting. It was done with minimum disruption and Ignite were very prompt at sending me the quote prior to the job being completed. Boiler was serviced and again with minimum disruption. I have joined up to their Central Heating Ultimate plan which was very reasonable compared to other companies and it gives me peace of mind that I now know the company and staff I am dealing with and know that the job will be done well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ignite Plumbers fitted a new Viessman boiler and flushed my existing radiators. The work was carried out by Ian who worked quickly, efficiently. The pipework was very neat and the work was completed to a very high standard. The quote was well written and very clear and Wally easy to understand. I had a dripping shower for a while. I contacted ignite plumbing who discussed the problem and ordered the part for me. They communicated really well via text and email and when the part came in they organised a quick appointment and fitted the new part. Emails were good on what to expect and it was dead easy to pay on the day with the card machine after the job was done. Ian was very polite and I was totally satisfied with the service. They have a expected two hour slot on the day, a text when he was ten minutes away and even had a online tracker to show when the plumber was on his way to the house. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Ignite Plumbing online to see if they could fit an outside tap to my roughcast wall. After answering a few questions, not only did they quote me the price for the job but they gave me options for when it could be booked and completed, and these were in less than one week's time. Ignite kept in regular contact with me throughout that week and gave me a two-hour window when they planned to arrive. On the day of the job they also contacted me to give me the name of the engineer and when, in minutes, he would arrive at my house. The engineer who did my job ( Ian ) was very polite and clearly knew exactly what he was doing as he quickly and competently completed the work and allayed my fears re damage to my fresh tinted roughcast. I had a very positive experience with Ignite Plumbing and would certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I have used Ignite before and asked them for a quote for Supply and fit two radiators.I received a qoute which was competitive and detailed the work which they would carry out.They then emailed me a date for completion with a 2 hour window on the said day.They emailed on morning as reminder and 30 mins before the engineer arrived.Job was completed And am delighted Result. I would recommend Ignite as their ability To understand communications and how important that is to Clients sets them above their peers in this arena.I have now given them my 3rd job in 6 weeks.Says it all really.

Alan @ his trainee partner just fitted new radiator in our living room. He was recommended to us by our son who has also used him. He is lovely guy, friendly and he gives you as much time as you need to discuss what you are having done. We are very happy with his work and with cost paid so much so we have asked for a quote for two more radiators. Called to investigate concern of leak under floor. Happily, no fault found but time taken to tidy up feed pipes to kitchen sink. Considering the work done (removing built-in dishwasher, cutting access hatch in floor) I thought the sum charged was very reasonable and the area left clean and tidy. Recommended!

We have used Ignite three times since moving house last year. All jobs were carried out as expected with minimal fuss. The most recent job was to replace all radiators as the originals had seen better days. We were contacted a few days before to remind us of the appointment and again when they were on their way.
