I phoned Alan as we had a burst pipe somewhere under the kitchen floor. He was able to come that day and phoned when on his way. He inspected the problem and decided what needed to be done. He carried out the repair to pipe work in a professional manner with an extremely reasonable bill. Thoroughly recommend Alan.

In the last few months Alan and his colleague Jules have replaced a toilet, fitted fold up support arms to the wall and completed a number of other plumbing repairs around the house. They have arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and are perfectly pleasant. Recommended.

Alan and Jules completely refurbished an en-suite bathroom in our home, which was a challenging task due to its small size and our wish to create space. They managed this and exceeded our expectations without fuss and in a professional manner, and were a pleasure to have around! We would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again when we fit a new kitchen in the near future.

They redid a bathroom and a shower room in our flat for us and we couldn't be happier. It was a challenging refit, as it is an older building with all the problems of an older building. However they communicated clearly, explained options and work-a-rounds well. They were unfazed by unexpected problems, provided creative solutions and gave us two great new rooms. The finished look is excellent and we think they've added considerable value to our flat. Very professional tradesmen and we'd have no hesitation in using this company again.
