What can I say, Alan’s quality workmanship and personality is brilliant. He transformed both our bathroom and ensuite and any niggly encounters he experienced on the way he dealt with them both calmly and effectively. Alan stripped out an old bathroom and replumbed the new bathroom furniture in different places, removing old tiles and replacing with waterproof panels. All the work was done to a high standard and he was very flexible in working with us to get the job done so that he did the difficult stuff and we did the redecoration afterwards. He kept everything neat and tidy and helped us recycle the old bathroom furniture instead of just junking it. We're really pleased with the end result and would definitely use Alan again for future work.

Alan easily and professionally overcame the many inherited design flaws of our small bathroom to create a stunning walk in shower and basin unit. The refit went well beyond my most ambitious hopes and has already been positively commented by recent guests. What was most noticeable about Alan's work was the fine attention to detail and the clear commitment to the highest possible standard. My previously dingy, slightly garish, non-functioning bathroom is now sleek, functioning beautifully and in keeping with a well maintained farm house. So delighted with his work that I am already looking to book him for a rework of the ensuite. Highly recommended.

Alan was quick to respond to my email regarding a damp patch forming in our kitchen ceiling. He advised of charges over the phone and he came out to us the very next morning. Alan was able to identify the problem swiftly and the leaking pipe (boiler condensate) was accessed and repaired within the hour. Alan was very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Alan replaced a leaking wall hung toilet with a back to wall one and then re-tiled the unit, including creating access panels. We only have one WC in the house so he made sure that it was usable by the end of the day. The tiling looks really neat and he left the bathroom tidy at the end of each days work. Very happy with the job.
