Alan replaced a leaking wall hung toilet with a back to wall one and then re-tiled the unit, including creating access panels. We only have one WC in the house so he made sure that it was usable by the end of the day. The tiling looks really neat and he left the bathroom tidy at the end of each days work. Very happy with the job.

We had a bathroom refit and tile with the pipework being boxed in and a shower screen fitted. The work was carried out to a good standard and the tradesman was pleasant, helpful and polite. Good communication throughout.

We contacted Alan for an unidentified leak in our kitchen, He came on the day, initially to establish a quote for a future bigger job, but located quickly the problem and fixed it. Will definitely contact and work with him again.

Bathroom suite and tiles removed, radiator removed and new suite installed new shower installed new tiling. Ensuite enclosure, shower and tiles removed and replaced. Toilet,hand basin and radiator removed replaced with new.

We had our ensuite shower replaced and retiled together with toilets repaired. We chose Alan Smith as his quote was extremely competitive. On completion we were extremely pleased with the work which looked professional and was finished promptly and to agreed price. I would recommend him to others and use his services again if needed.
