We had a new composite front door and side windows fitted. No pressure from sales rep Douglas, who fully explained options and timescale. There was a slight delay by the manufacturer and we were kept full informed. Door and windows fitted in less than one day. Very pleased with the fitting and product. We will use Alaskan again for replacing windows in the future.

We replace 3 bay windows and our front door. We received excellent service from start to finish. A very professional company without the pushy sales part! Michael was great from the start. Advising what was best for us as well as the price of everything, making everything very clear. As for the fitters, they arrived on time every day and kept the works and house tidy constantly. The owner popped in to see if we were happy and to see the works were going to plan, which was a very special touch and very professional too. Highly recommend Alaskan 100%

Extremely happy with the new windows I had fitted just before Christmas by Alaskan Windows. They’d already fitted a new porch a few years back so I decided to use them again to replace windows around the whole house because I was so pleased with the first installation. They kept me informed from the beginning to the end, no pushy sales techniques and the installers kept everything very clean and tidy, were very polite , professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alaskan Windows.

Alaskan Windows installed replacement double-glazed frontage of our conservatory, which consisted for one set of double-doors and six windows. The whole process was very smooth and customer-friendly. The entire Alaskan Windows team provided an efficient service, and we are very happy with the result. We have used Alaskan Windows on a number of occasions now and we have never been disappointed.

I used Alaskan windows to replace 7 original Victorian windows in my house, and I am super happy with the results. The team were helpful from start to finish, ensuring the replacements looked in keeping with the original windows, and the installation service was done quickly with no damage to my walls and all the mess was cleared away. They also helped me to ensure my windows were properly registered for the warranty. Highly recommend.

Second time I have used Alaskan Windows. Recently had a new back door and window on my extension fitted and from start to finish was provided with first class service. They were very tidy, dust sheets and mats put down to keep surfaces clean. They worked very hard and even made a window sill for the inside of the top bay window when we found the previous 20+ year old double glazed windows hadn't been installed correctly. Very considerate, excellent work. They were punctual and kept us informed of progress.

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't speak highly enough of these guys. We had Douglas come to do our initial quote and then Vinny, Joe and Tom fit the windows. Start to finish the whole Alaskan team were perfect. Even when we ran in to construction issues on our house, prohibiting us from installing some of the windows, the Alaskan team went above and beyond and really sorted us out. I will be actively recommending them to anyone in need. Cheers!
