I found all the individuals I dealt with to be very friendly and professional, from when Michael visited my home to provide a quote, to his colleague to do the final measurements and when the window was installed by Tayler and Kyle. I also did not feel pressured when I had to delay placing the order and was kept informed about the installation date and the process. I was recommended Alaskan Windows by a neighbour and have already recommended them to a colleague who has had the work done, both of us are very happy with the result and would recommend the company again.

We have been very pleased with the service we received from Alaskan Windows. We dealt with Michael initially who was very clear & prompt in all communication. The survey and installation were booked in quickly and we knew exactly what to expect. Vinny & Joe were brilliant when installing our new windows. They worked long hours (in very hot weather) and were very thorough and detail focused. They have done a great job and we are very happy with the finished product. Exactly the level of service and attention to details you always hope you’ll get and so often don’t. Alaskan met every expectation I had from the courteous informative meeting with Michael to see what we wanted and to help us through the choices available to Tony who came and measured up and helped us find a solution to our front door needs. The office staff were always helpful and replied promptly, the surveyor who came out to assess and measure my windows was professional and put together a very detailed survey and quote for me and the window fitters were so kind and considerate and took great care to install my windows diligently.
