We are happy to recommend Alaskan, just as they were recommended to us by a neighbour. They gave us a clear detailed quote and were happy to discuss any questions that we had. There was never any pressure or 'hard sell' even though our project and original timescale was delayed. Installation was quick & efficient. From the value angle they were good as there were no hidden extras such as removal of existing fittings which was included in the price.

Alaskan Windows installed windows in our entire house in 2 days. I would highly recommend Alaskan windows for the following reasons - 1. The initial customer service was extremely professional. There were not pushy and placed no pressure on us to order the windows. They were simply factual and considerate and provided a detailed explanation of what was available for what price. 2. The installation was completed within 2 days. The installers were courteous, friendly, efficient and very tidy both during and in the clean up after. 3. The quality of the installation was excellent. We did have one issue regarding one of the openings being a little tight but called the office and they were extremely professional and confirmed that they would send someone around as soon as possible. So.. 3. Post installation, the level of customer service and aftercare was very good. Would highly recommend!

Alaskan did a fantastic job. From visiting for the quotation, the follow up meeting to installation. The installation team were brilliant, efficiently and friendly.
