The representative who came for the initial sales visit was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, comprehensive re the information provided. Absolutely no sales pressure, no feigned discounts, very straightforward. Firm fitted double glazing to two set of bay windows. Work of a high standard despite wind and rain. All staff polite & punctual. Admin support efficient, price cheaper than another quote. A family firm which provides a trustworthy, high standard of service. Would be very happy to use again & definitely recommend.

Alaskan Windows replaced all the glass windows and door in my house. I can straight away feel the difference in insulation and have lowered my gas bills from day 1. Douglas, Lee and Tony are very friendly and were very willing to work with me in terms of timing and what would work best for me in terms of timing and budget. They are very conscious of creating minimal fuss and have always been very courteous. They are very pleasant to do business with and I recommend them 100%.

Alaskan Windows were highly impressive from the moment we met them. Douglas kindly - and patiently! - came to our house 3 times to discuss design and fittings etc. When the team came to install they were on time, friendly, extremely polite, efficient and professional. The quote we got was very competitive, but the reason we went with Alaskan was because of the great reviews they had and the quality of customer service we received from the first time we spoke to them. The windows look great too! I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Douglas was highly professional, friendly & not at all (***). He explained the double glazing well, showing us demo units & high quality photos on a tablet. Installation very smooth & quick, quality of workmanship is very high. Few days after installation we received a courtesy call from Douglas asking if everything was ok. We had sash double glazing installed in various parts of the house. The quality of the windows and work was excellent. The guys done a fantastic job installing our bay window as being an old house they found it not very level but when the had finished it looked great.. The professionalism from doug through to the fitters was great and we would recommend them to family and friends.
