We used Alaskan to provide full new double glazing and a new front door for our house. From meeting Douglas who talked us through their product range, to receiving the quote, to having the work done, to the follow up call afterwards the service was absolutely outstanding. The guys were here for 2 days and left the place cleaner than when they had arrived. There was a crack in one window which was replaced the very next week (at a convenient time for us) - overall I could not fault anything about Alaskan, the windows and door look fantastic and I would whole heartedly recommend them. They are true professionals who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Alaskan fitted double glazing to the rear of my house last year. The glass in the units was recently damaged by the welder during a loft conversion. I contacted Alaskan Windows. They came back to me the same day with a very fair price to replace the damaged glass within the glazed units. They were very efficient, polite, on time and did a very good job. I have recommended Alaskan to a neighbour who has also had them fit double glazing to his house. They take pride in their product and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very impressed with Alaskan Windows, the UPVC Sash windows look so wonderful. Douglas was helpful, answered all my questions and was a delight to work with and no pushy sales pressure, which was refreshing! When it came to the installation, something I was very nervous about, due to a past bad experience, Tony and the team were friendly, helpful and good humoured and installed my new windows to a very high standard with the minimum of mess and fuss and they performed a thorough snagging check and clean up at the end without any need for intervention. In fact I think they left the house cleaner than it was before they started! This project covered the front of the house. We will definitely be contacting Alaskan Windows again when we are ready to do the same at the back. Highly Recommended!!!

The true professionalism of Alaskan Windows coupled with a customer service ethic that runs through each component of their offering, has confirmed to me that I had chosen the right company. So much so, that I have already engaged them for a second project. The work on the first project entailed replacing the original ground floor wooden windows and doors at the rear of our 1960s townhouse with a double-glazed installation for a garden room, ground floor toilet and utility room. I was keen that we would maintain the same period design throughout, albeit with new uPVC technology. I was most impressed by the attention to detail at the planning stage, including clear responses to the pre-installation queries I had - the result being that the project was executed precisely as we agreed. Alaskan Windows' expert and conscientious installation team, demonstrated skill and expertise beyond my expectations. Their finishing touches topped off a fantastic piece of work. It was a pleasure to have them here. The work has made a huge transformation to the house. My wife, my family and me are all thoroughly delighted with the finished work.
