The guys at Alaskan Windows did a fantastic job putting new windows in. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy and kept me informed about everything They were courteous, friendly and mindful of the neighbours and our pets whist they performed their tasks. We are very impressed with the service this company gives. We have had French doors installed and more recently a bedroom window. At the initial visit every option is explained in detail and there is no pressure to accept the quote given. The work itself is completed promptly and efficiently by fitters who are truly expert in what they do. The fitters arrived on time, took great care not to create any inconvenience or mess, and finished the work to high standard. They were polite, thoughtful and took trouble to talk us through all the aspects of the installation. The company was strongly recommended by friends and we can see why. We will be having more new windows in the near future and will certainly use them again. We are happy with the amount we paid for such excellent service

Overall the work was satisfactory. It did seem that the team were in a hurry. They were polite and efficient but I felt they could have communicated a little more regarding timings and leaving the protected film on the windows. we had other works going on at the time. We did have to call them back for a few minor points but they came out straight away and were happy to help.

We had a number of quotes for a new front door and all of the bigger names came with a really heavy handed and pushy sales approach. Alaskan were the complete opposite and didn't resort to any sales tricks. We had to move the installation date at short notice as we had a newborn, Alaskan swapped the date without any hassle at all. The installation was excellent, the guys came exactly on time, left no mess, and the quality of the work was exemplary. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially in comparison to some of the other quotes we had.

From start to finish, our experience with Alaskan Windows has been fantastic. Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and punctual as well as being great at their jobs! We were first quoted for replacing double glazing about 18 months ago, but only booked the job very recently and Douglas honoured his original quote. Mike who came to survey and fit the windows was so punctual and friendly, as was Vinny who was also there to fit them. They went the extra mile to help us with some sealant work in another room and were so tidy after fitting the new windows. Can't fault the products themselves, but they made it very clear if we do encounter any problems within ten years, they will rectify them immediately. Nikki in the office has made the whole payment process quick and easy and is lovely over the phone! I would wholeheartedly recommend Alaskan Windows - we're seriously considering using them to replace our sash windows too.

I used this company for a second time, on this occasion to replace the rear windows of my home. They arrived promptly and worked non-stop in a clean, considerate and efficient manner. The finished product looks superb and is a vast improvement. The back of the house seems much quieter and warmer now!
