Found a couple of tiny gap around some of the window frames so called Alaskan to ask advice - I could easily fix them myself but without question they said they would sent some to come and fix them. Terry came straight away and without any fuss he filled the gaps. He worked quickly and cleanly was polite and explained what he was doing. Very pleased with the excellent aftercare from Alaskan. Brilliant from start to finish.

AW installed secondary glazing for my box sash front windows, to schedule and on budget. The product uses acoustic glass and works very well to deaden noise from a busy road; the latch is simple to operate so that the front windows can be opened when required; and it's unobtrusive inside and out. They gave me a six week lead-in time and kept me informed by e-mail. The installers arrived on the day on time at 8 a.m. and completed the work in 90 minutes. Service was efficient and professional throughout from the first meeting with Doug the sales rep through to the installation. I didn't obtain alternative quotes but theirs seemed good value and matched my expectations. Overall it has been a smooth and stress-free experience and I would not hasten to recommend this excellent south-west London firm.

We had 3 new bay windows, 2 other windows plus French doors installed. From start to finish, the service was excellent. There was no hard sell in the beginning and the price was incredibly competitive. Everything happened exactly as we were told it would happen, delivered by a lovely team of really hard-working and friendly people, and the end result is great. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Our experience with Alaskan Windows was perfect. From Michael's initial home visit, to the (shorter than expected) installation process, everything went perfectly smoothly. The quote was very competitive and the quality of the windows and installation work is impeccable. We did our research before selecting Alaskan Windows and they lived up to their reputation. To offer some competitiveness context, we also asked a big nameto quote for the job and their estimate was almost 3 times as much as Alaskan. Very happy we could work with an independent and local company.

The entire team were prompt, friendly and hugely conscientious. Michael the salesman was not remotely pushy and explained all the options clearly. Terry and his fitting team worked tirelessly without breaks and went the extra mile to ensure the customer was completely happy, it was never a problem to explain any aspect of the work as it progressed. They also cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, which is always the sign of a good workman. I can highly recommend this company.

Had 7 windows done, in the existing house and a an extension under construction. Alaskan provided fantastic service and everything went smoothly from start to end. Their communication and timekeeping was faultless, Installation team did a great job. Product in my estimation was better value than that from other companies I checked out and the price was competitive. No hard sell or endless telephone calls like some other 'bigger' companies. For a stress free service, I'd recommend Alaskan 100%
