We used Alaskan to have our windows and door changed following a recommendation from our neighbours.From quotation down to fitting their service was excellent and their pricing was highly competitive.Douglas and Nikki kept us updated along each stage and provided us with detailed information prior to and after every appointment. We had a beam in our front room, Alaskan tackled this extremely well. As it was not possible to remove it they boxed this into our bay window aesthetically. The fitting of our windows and doors took 2 days. We had 15 windows changed and our front door replaced. The fitters were punctual, polite and very tidy and efficient. As our house had been recently decorated they took great care to be as tidy as possible. It was a pleasure to have such good service and I would highly recommend the entire Alaskan team. Alaskan Windows were recommended to me by a friend and I'm very glad I listened to her recommendation. Their service was professional and efficient. Douglas was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient. Any snagging was resolved quickly. The installation team were polite, well presented, great with the neighbour, eager to help and get the job done quickly and did a great job of tidying up afterwards. Nikki did a fabulous job of arranging any appointments and keeping me updated. I'm really happy I had the installation done, what a difference!! I highly recommend Alaskan Windows and cannot fault their work - well done team!

From the quote to the final inspection to check that all was well, this was a top class job. 36 windows and doors, some pretty tricky but workmen knew what they were doing, delivered and excellent job, were friendly and polite, and cleaned up well.

My old double glazed kitchen window needed replacing and I had quotes from 4 traders. I was impressed with Alaskan as I not only got the price and all the information I needed on the day but afterwards a summary PDFf proposal document – even though this was only a single window job. Alaskan’s administration is very well managed and before the installation I had a list of things to think of / do etc. which I duly did. The fitter came on time and worked efficiently and tidied up at the end - so it was all a very smooth process. Minimum disruption, excellent work. Would heartily recommend.
