Complete new windows & built conservatory on the previous footprint. Excellent job done, in good time, at a very reasonable price. We are very impressed by the result of all the work, and the efficiency of the Team and would recommend " Albany Windows" to anyone.

Albany windows met all expectations in providing their service to us. They were friendly from outset, all personnel knew their role, they did what they said they would do all appointments were met and all timescales were met. Fitters were on time, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. All floors were covered in dust sheets including stairs. They worked hard from start to finish and left everywhere tidy and clean. We had some new windows fitted by Albany at the end of September. The work required brick, block work and plastering. All complete to a high standard. The level of care taken to protect carpets and furnishings was exceptional. Will be in touch next spring to have more windows. Thanks to all at Albany.

We were given a clear indication of a breakdown of the cost and the expected time the windows would be fitted. The brochure was very informative and gave us a clear indication of the types of windows we could have and any questions we had were answered by the surveyors. We did not pay any money until after completion. The 4 fitters arrived and worked diligently until all windows were completed, even though there were heavy downpours of rain. They were very professional treating our property with respect by covering the floors and clearing any mess made each day, even cleaning the finished windows. We did not need to repair any brickwork or plaster near them. The windows are of a high standard and we are very pleased with the results. The 4 fitters were very friendly and worked hard to finish in the 2 days allocated. We would recommend Albany of Cheltenham to anyone who is thinking of replacing their windows.

I had a large lounge wooden window replaced. Very good service from start to finish and kept me informed of timeframes to complete the work, and cleared up when they had finished. Very refreshing to find a professional company, will definitely use again.

We had 5 UPVC sash windows fitted over two days. The process from start to finish was professional and friendly. The quote visit was straightforward and not at all pushy. The guys carrying out the work were hardworking (even in the heat over the two days!) and they clearly worked well together. They were tidy and not intrusive at all. It's such a risk using a company you haven't used before and we have had bad experiences in the past. However, I would highly recommend Albany windows and will definitely use again in the future. I'm delighted with my new composite front door recently fitted by Albany Windows. From my initial visit to their showroom, through to final installation, everybody I dealt with was friendly and efficient, with no pushy sales techniques. The installation itself took less than half a day, with everything left neat and tidy at the end. I'd be happy to recommend this company, and am indeed likely to use them again for some replacements windows.

I just had French Door for Juliet balcony installed by Albany Windows and I'm 100% happy with the service. From start to finish very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people were dealing with my door.
