About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.
As well as being very proud to have been approved as a Which? Trusted Trader we are members of FENSA and Trustmark, so your investment in home improvements couldn't be in safer hands.

Replaced the windows through our home, 9 in total, and the service was excellent from the first call to the final installation. Advice was great, the installer were excellent, and even a slight issue with a miss communicated order was resolved no quibbles by the installers before the job was finished. Very happy to use again and recommend.

I really felt Traders Team did a very good job. The work was done at a good pace and the finish work in cleaning and tidying up was excellent. The team were also very polite and friendly. The patio doors seemed of very good quality and fitted at a high standard. I was very impressed with the work done!! I would recommend them to others and if it's needed use them again.

I have used them several times in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. They fitted replacement windows throughout the house and were involved in both the design and construction of the bay window. The new windows were installed within two days and are of an excellent quality. Their work was neat and tidy and the workers were a pleasure to have around and were helpful in everyway. Overall we were happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

Have just had all windows and doors replaced. From the first visit by the salesman (David), who was courteous and helpful to the survey by Peter, and the very happy, friendly and efficient crew led by Nathan. Delighted with finished product. The whole experience was hassle free and would highly recommend them. P.s. as a bonus, the work was completed in half the quoted time.

We selected Albany as our replacement window and door provider after being impressed by their quote, their friendliness and the quality of their products. We also found it helpful to visit their small showroom to see the choices "in the flesh". They did not disappoint. After placing the order it all went like clockwork. The installation team arrived on time, were efficient and took great trouble not to inconvenience us, cleaning up and removing the old windows/door. We are really impressed with the result and would thoroughly recommend Albany Windows to anyone.
