I am very happy with the work on replacing 5 windows and 2 doors. This was carried out in the time period specified,and the quality is very good for a decent price. We recently had all the windows in the house and porch door replaced and this was the first time we have used Albany. The service from initial quote, survey and actually work was professional and very efficient. The fitters were very friendly, tidied up after themselves and worked very hard. The job was finished to the expected standard and we are pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

Having had our doors replaced earlier in the year we decided to have our windows replaced. As before the work was completed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. The fitters were polite, friendly and tidy workers. We would thoroughly recommend Albany Windows.

Albany Windows did a good job when they first fitted our French doors, and provided excellent aftercare service when they came round to fix the hinge, which was knocked out of alignment when the wind blew the door open due to our carelessness. Very grateful for the engineer’s help and assistance. Great job.

We had two sets of French doors and a front door fitted. we wanted to support a local company and have been completely satisfied with the service offered by Albany Windows. We were offered a wide range of styles and colours and provided with a quotation soon after. There was some delay in the process from ordering to fitting but are satisfied that this was due to circumstances beyond the control of Albany Windows. Once in stock, the doors were fitted within the day by three competent fitters who clearly take pride in their work and respected our property. The doors have been fitted to an excellent standard and we are very happy. We will definitely be using Albany Windows to replace our windows in the future.

Albany Windows replaced 5 windows & 1 door in a single day, even though it was planned for a two day job. The workmanship was to the highest standard & the workman were extremely helpful & friendly. The finish of the windows & door really gives the property a new lease of life.

Very patient at the design stage, with different options being looked at. Not at all pushy. Installation team worked very neatly and efficiently. The only minor issue was one of the smallest windows arrived with a crack in the glass, but this was replaced very quickly with no fuss. All in all , a good professional friendly service from start to finish. The invoice was only issued to us once the replacement glass was installed. Rare in this day and age.

We've just had some French doors installed in our kitchen overlooking the garden. From start to finish all the staff at Albany are friendly and very professional. The sales people are not hard sell - they don't spend hours in your house desperate for you to sign up on the day. They assess the job, take all the measurements and advise on the different options. Then they go away and calculate the quote and then that's what you pay. In our experience the quotes are reasonable for the quality of the product and the standard of work carried out. We're really pleased with the finished result, which was done on time and everything left tidy when they left. Last year we had our bay windows and front door done by Albany. This was the first time we had used Albany. Again this was all done to a very high standard, so much so that when it came to getting the French doors this year we didn't even consider going anywhere else. There were some minor snags during last year's job but everything was rectified without fuss or delay. They are very good at what they do and take great pride in working to a very high standard. They are decent people to deal with and even put the toilet seat down after use, so you can't ask for more than that!! We would recommend them without hesitation.

We contacted Albany because they were Which trusted traders and we needed to replace all the windows in our property. Even though we are slightly outside of their 'catchment' area they still gave us a quote - which we accepted. They were professional, efficient and really went the extra mile to get the job completed to our satisfaction. A bespoke stained glass window had to be removed and re-installed within a new double glazed frame and we were really impressed with how they dealt with this task. We are very pleased with the windows they fitted and that they willingly returned to check and make sure that we were satisfied. Neat and clean workmanship.

Albany is a very reassuring company to deal with. All the staff from reception to fitters were very helpful and pleasant. I received all the information I needed. The price quoted and confirmed was very fair. My composite door with side lights was fitted efficiently and tidily and was completely hassle free. I have no hesitation in giving a full recommendation.

We had both front and back doors replaced at the same time. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The work was carried out efficiently and no damage was done to my newly painted kitchen wall. An unfortunate problem occurred when an electrical cable was cut through (it was in an unexpected place ) they promptly contacted their electrician who came straight away and fixed it....excellent service! There was a slight issue with the door mechanisms which can happen sometimes when the door settles, a service engineer was sent very promptly to do the relevant adjustments. Lovely doors. Would definitely use this company again if we need any windows replaced.

I wanted to replace our old polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid roof. Following advice and suggestions from Christian, I eventually went for conservatory replacement, built on existing half wall, with a solid insulated roof, plastered inside with integral lights. I am so glad I did. The new conservatory is much warmer and feels like part of the house rather than an attachment. The quality of the conservatory and roof is second to none and the professionalism of all the staff, from the office to the installation team is first class. The installers arrived first thing, every day and did full days work (no sloping off!). Any problems with the install were soon resolved, professionally and amicably.

2 x PVCu windows supplied and installed. Existing windows removed and taken away. From initial contact to final invoice, everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I am happy to strongly recommend Albany Windows Ltd as a thoroughly professional company. A first class job!

I am so glad that I chose Albany Windows to build my new conservatory! From beginning to end, it was a smooth, customer focussed experience. Everyone involved - sales staff, office staff, sub-contractors and the on-site team - was professional, friendly and helpful. I particularly valued the way in which the on-site team proactively kept me updated on project timings and progress. The conservatory itself looks fantastic! Despite the cold, wet weather, the team's attention to detail and quality of workmanship were evident at all stages of the build. My garden was left tidy and the finishing touches to the conservatory were completed promptly and to a high standard. I can't wait to move my furniture back in and start enjoying my new room!

What stood out for me was the authenticity and honesty of Albany Windows. I went to the showroom, and when I asked for the price of doors I pointed at they just told me the price, without a sales pitch. I like to ponder, and I was just left to do that. I decided the next day to make a purchase and a date and time was agreed for accurate measurements to be made and the determination of door furniture and colour. I was heartened and reassured by the fact that their surveyor would also make a site visit. The door arrived, as they said it would, six weeks later. The fitting was methodical and professionally done, with well honed skills being applied before my eyes. It took about two and a half hours from start to finish and I was 100% impressed. The old door was taken away for disposal and everything was left neat and tidy. Spot on and well done.
