The lounge had bifold doors when we moved in - they were a nightmare particularly with complete lack of airtightness in the winter when the wind would blow the folds in and let freezing air into the room! We decide to replace them with sliding patio doors and after much research and some quotes chose Albany windows. The sales experience was friendly, helpful, decidedly not pushy, providing just the right level of support and information. The sales team were prepared to accommodate our timings and did not pressure us into anything. The quote was excellent value and once we had accepted everything went very smoothly, it was unusual and refreshing not to have to pay a penny deposit up front. The timescales were exactly as they had stated and the fitters were friendly and courteous. They got on with the job, not disturbing me at all, and left the room as clean as they found it, using dust sheets inside. I am delighted with the new windows and ecstatic that I can use my lounge this winter as it is already noticeable warmer.

Really pleased with the quality of the product and the service provided. Don't be be put off by the low price, the quality is excellent. Very friendly company to deal with. We had the whole bungalow fitted with new windows and a new front door. Each window being different had specific requirements. Albany managed to meet all this with ease at a very reasonable cost. Claire, the sales lady was very knowledgeable and did not do a hard sell. The fitters, Jon & Dave were very professional in the work they did for us. Very clean workers with no mess left behind.
