About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.
As well as being very proud to have been approved as a Which? Trusted Trader we are members of FENSA and Trustmark, so your investment in home improvements couldn't be in safer hands.

We had hesitated for many years to replace our wood frame, single glazed door and bay windows because we did not want to spoil the character of our 100+ year old house. Albany's product was superb and very good value. The installation crew were hard working, efficient, courteous and tidy - even preserving us sheets from a 1954 newspaper from the brickwork around the door!

Albany Windows have just completed our conservatory and we are very pleased with the results. From initial enquiry through to them leaving the site, they have been great. All the team were skilled and kept the site tidy despite the weather. Pete Knox kept us informed at each stage and dealt with items as they occurred - no surprises. The quality of work and materials is high and we intend to use them again for replacement windows in the next couple of months. Thanks for a great job.

We put up with our new home's leaky front door for seven years while we saved for a replacement. Good friends of ours recommended Albany when we admired their new windows. Now, less than three weeks later we have a cosy, well-lit hallway created by our new door. The sales visit was low key without absolutely no pressure to buy, indeed their salesman said "I'll send you a quote". But we could not wait so we ordered and waived our right to back out within two weeks. Consequently, a few days later the friendly fitter made the final measure and then, about ten days later, he delivered and fitted the door, made especially for its frame, and provided three keys. We would recommend Albany to family and friends.
