We had 3 bedroom windows replaced shortly after moving in. Although we were still in lockdown, everything from quote to fitting was prompt and competent. There was very little mess with even material dropped on a lower roof cleared away. We are having a further 3 windows replaced by this company as we were so pleased with the job they have done.

This is the second time we have used Albany Windows. We were so pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials used 2 years ago in building a Conservatory and separate Enclosed Porch for our Front Entrance that we saw no reason to go elsewhere. We were very pleased to see the same team of builders/fitters as previously and they were as efficient as before taking great care to protect all internal carpets and décor when working so that after the job was completed no extra cleaning and decorating was required by ourselves. The job was completed and everything tidied in the 1 and 1/2 days they originally estimated. Amazing performance.

They were courteous and polite and finished the job on time. I would recommend them to anyone. The budget was agreed to and the schedule. They completed installing the front door and replacement windows

Albany Windows Ltd arranged a date and time and true to their word they were there on time. The work was done very professionally, the windows look great and make such a difference to the house and the amount of light they let in. The fitter took the time to explain how they worked and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. Excellent service and great value.

I had a new front door and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. The team were all very friendly and helpful. There was no sales pressure either. I was expecting to wait some time for my door with Covid and was surprised at how quickly it was ready, then fitted 2 days later! The fitters were also very friendly and courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend Albany Windows and would definitely choose them again.

Windows/doors installation - excellent service from initial sales representative through to completion. Staff are friendly and efficient. Fault with one window has already been corrected. No hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

We sought a quote from 3 companies to replace all of our doors and windows and other roofline work. One national and 2 local companies the national lowered their quote a number of times over a few weeks each time explaining the new price as different sale . The price still did not come close to the local companies. We picked Albany over the other local company for a number of reasons. 1 Helpfulness and speed in answering various product questions and producing numerous quotes with requested changes. 2 The price cheaper than the national company and inline with the other local company. 3 Good reviews from various sources including Trusted Traders. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of the new doors, windows and roofline. The work was completed on time by a skilled and professional team and we were left with no mess and only a small paint touch up after new cement was applied to make good on the outside of 1 window. The quote was as promised the final price even though the price of the products must have increased due to the recent supply shortages due to Covid-19.

New front door was installed quickly and efficiently and at a competitive price. After-sales service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We were given a clear indication of a breakdown of the cost and the expected time the windows would be fitted. The brochure was very informative and gave us a clear indication of the types of windows we could have and any questions we had were answered by the surveyors. We did not pay any money until after completion. The 4 fitters arrived and worked diligently until all windows were completed, even though there were heavy downpours of rain. They were very professional treating our property with respect by covering the floors and clearing any mess made each day, even cleaning the finished windows. We did not need to repair any brickwork or plaster near them. The windows are of a high standard and we are very pleased with the results. The 4 fitters were very friendly and worked hard to finish in the 2 days allocated. We would recommend Albany of Cheltenham to anyone who is thinking of replacing their windows.

I had a large lounge wooden window replaced. Very good service from start to finish and kept me informed of timeframes to complete the work, and cleared up when they had finished. Very refreshing to find a professional company, will definitely use again.

We had Albany windows replace all our windows in our 5 bed house along with the facia boards with the new flush faced windows in Pebble grey, the entire process was done professionally and with attention to detail. I don’t normally praise sub contractors but on this occasion, I am most definitely pleased to do so, they are conscientious and they didn’t rush to get away they were very clearly interested in making sure I was happy with everything they done. Highly recommended.

I wanted French windows in my downstairs garden room (instead of a picture window). Albany were brilliant from the start. They came almost straight away to give me a (very reasonable) quote. Then fitter Pete, who came to measure up, very politely told me he could do what I was asking, but I wouldn't like it. Did I want time to think about it? He was right. I took his advice. The fitters arrived a few weeks later, took just two days and did a perfect job. No mess. No fuss. First class.

Competitively priced local business. Good communication throughout the process and all members of the team were friendly and professional. The works related to a let property that I manage from a distance away. From my initial enquiry through to making payment, their communication has been prompt, informative, and helpful. Chris, their Sales Representative visited to speak through the options regarding new front and patio doors. Unlike similar companies that I had approached for a quotation, Chris came prepared with brochures and colour swatches, that enabled me to make a better and more informed decision on the products.
