We have just had a number of windows and a pair of French windows fitted by Albany Windows. They are an excellent, professional company who are efficient, quick, exact and with delightful staff - from the surveyor to the fitters. This is the second time we have used them and they repeated the service we had first time round. They quote quickly and came on the day they said they would and finished on the day they said they would. All on a reasonable quotation considering the amount of work and detail entailed. There are no longer any draughts, the house is warmer and it looks clean and well cared for now. It was so good to find a company that does what it says it can with a professionalism and quality of workmanship which is rare these days. We recommend them very highly.

We contacted Albany because they were Which trusted traders and we needed to replace all the windows in our property. Even though we are slightly outside of their 'catchment' area they still gave us a quote - which we accepted. They were professional, efficient and really went the extra mile to get the job completed to our satisfaction. A bespoke stained glass window had to be removed and re-installed within a new double glazed frame and we were really impressed with how they dealt with this task. We are very pleased with the windows they fitted and that they willingly returned to check and make sure that we were satisfied. Neat and clean workmanship.

I needed to replace a backdoor and toilet window with double-glazed units. From the beginning, Albany Windows were responsive and very helpful - also making really useful suggestions. I felt they provided a 'personal touch'. I expected to wait a while for a confirmed installation date, knowing how difficult it can be these days for materials/units to be available; but it was all installed during one morning only 4 weeks after the measuring-up day. The installation team carried out the work efficiently and with little intrusion. They did a great job. I am delighted with the result, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great experience from Albany Windows from start to finish. We had eight windows and two doors replaced from Albany windows, from initial contact, to making an appointment to get a quote, with out any pressure to make a decision there and then. Once accepted quote, final measurements taken the following day, windows and doors ordered. Appointment made for installation days, turned up when they said they would. Very pleasant fitters, told us exactly what they had planned for the day and got on with it. Dust sheeting where ever they were working and respected our property. Always left rooms clean and tidy when windows were completed. Good quality windows and doors, very secure. Would highly recommend Albany windows.

Albany have supplied and fitted our new front door. From the start they were helpful and efficient. The door arrived on time and as they'd had a cancellation, it was fitted a week earlier than expected. Fitting was quick and clean I'd have no hesitation in recommending them and if we ever need new windows, they'll be my first port of call.

Recently had a garage door and window fitted. The whole process from start to finish was hassle-free. Everybody could not have been more helpful and efficient. Very pleased with the end result. Would certainly use Albany Windows again in the future.

We used Albany Windows to replace 6 UPVC windows. They responded quickly and efficiently to enquiries. It only took a couple of weeks from us signing the order to the job being completed. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and kind. The work was completed very quickly and with care and attention. Getting a quote was simple and easy, and the price was the most affordable of all estimates. The fitters were polite and professional and fast (they estimated 2 days to fit 3 windows, but it was all finished in 1 day). When we need the rest of our windows replacing, we will go straight to Albany Windows.

We've just had some French doors installed in our kitchen overlooking the garden. From start to finish all the staff at Albany are friendly and very professional. The sales people are not hard sell - they don't spend hours in your house desperate for you to sign up on the day. They assess the job, take all the measurements and advise on the different options. Then they go away and calculate the quote and then that's what you pay. In our experience the quotes are reasonable for the quality of the product and the standard of work carried out. We're really pleased with the finished result, which was done on time and everything left tidy when they left. Last year we had our bay windows and front door done by Albany. This was the first time we had used Albany. Again this was all done to a very high standard, so much so that when it came to getting the French doors this year we didn't even consider going anywhere else. There were some minor snags during last year's job but everything was rectified without fuss or delay. They are very good at what they do and take great pride in working to a very high standard. They are decent people to deal with and even put the toilet seat down after use, so you can't ask for more than that!! We would recommend them without hesitation.

From salesman to fitter very friendly and professional service. Fitted within promised timescales and the result - a replaced window that looks really good. Reasonably priced. Very pleased overall.

Had 3 windows and a door fitted. From first contacting them to the fitting of the windows and door first class service. Friendly staff and a competitive price. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Had a small problem that was rectified the next day.

After a bad experience with another Window Company we decided to give Albany Windows a try. From beginning to end the whole experience was stress free. We ordered 7 windows, 1 french doors and 1 front door. Everything was installed within 2 days by a fantastic bunch of fitters. We could not have asked for better and we would recommend Albany Windows to all.

Very patient at the design stage, with different options being looked at. Not at all pushy. Installation team worked very neatly and efficiently. The only minor issue was one of the smallest windows arrived with a crack in the glass, but this was replaced very quickly with no fuss. All in all , a good professional friendly service from start to finish. The invoice was only issued to us once the replacement glass was installed. Rare in this day and age.

I am really pleased with the excellent quality of products and service received from Albany Windows Ltd. From my initial enquiry through to making payment, their communication has been prompt, informative, and helpful. Chris, their Sales Representative visited to speak through the options regarding new front and patio doors. Unlike similar companies that I had approached for a quotation, Chris came prepared with brochures and colour swatches, that enabled me to make a better and more informed decision on the products. The quality of the doors is exceptional and the workmanship is outstanding. Thank you very much to the team at Albany Windows for looking after me. I wanted French windows in my downstairs garden room (instead of a picture window). Albany were brilliant from the start. They came almost straight away to give me a (very reasonable) quote. Then fitter Pete, who came to measure up, very politely told me he could do what I was asking, but I wouldn't like it. Did I want time to think about it? He was right. I took his advice. The fitters arrived a few weeks later, took just two days and did a perfect job. No mess. No fuss. First class.

We had Albany windows replace all our windows in our 5 bed house along with the facia boards with the new flush faced windows in Pebble grey, the entire process was done professionally and with attention to detail. I don’t normally praise sub contractors but on this occasion, I am most definitely pleased to do so, they are conscientious and they didn’t rush to get away they were very clearly interested in making sure I was happy with everything they done. Highly recommended.

We had our 3 bed bungalow completely double glazed including 2 doors. The sales person was informative and helpful and not at all pushy. Surprisingly the cost was on a par with other far less professional companies offering a lesser product. Fitting was carried out by two gents over 2 days and to a high standard. Required some minor remedial work which was carried out promptly. Customer service first class. So impressed that we had no hesitation in using them again to install windows in a garage conversion some months later. Just as helpful even when we had to change some sizes. Nothing too much trouble.
