About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.

I had all my windows replaced, including a large bay, plus doors. They had to 'cut-in' a new kitchen door and remove and make good the existing door, incuding external wall texturing. Their advice and suggested improvements were spot-on. The product is excellent quality and includes, as standard, some features that other companies charge extra for e.g 'shoot' bolts for added security. They finished-off beautifully, including painting the external walls and plastering internally where damage was unavoidable. They moved all necessary furniture and removed a kitchen unit to make room for the new door. They were friendly, helpful and efficient, and did an excellent job. They were the cheapest of the 4 quotes I received, even though Albany's quote included many more features than the others, plus additional work. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Albany windows fitted a lean-to conservatory for us and we were impressed by their professionalism from the outset. They had to work in a very cramped space but worked efficiently and tidily throughout. Their standards of workmanship from groundwork right through to rendering and plastering were superb and the whole team were really pleasant to have around. Would recommend without hesitation.

From initial visit to provide quote, through to completion of work, I have found it a pleasure to deal with Albany Windows. I was particularly impressed with how they managed to preserve my wooden shutters when fitting some sash windows. There was a problem with some wiring which unavoidably caused disruption for a day, but was sorted out without any hassle!
