Really great service. Window and bifold bought. Super quick to come and measure up and get quote to us. Really helpful advice on choosing finishes and options. Totally 100% happy with the product. Also extremely grateful for help given over a problem with the building renovation that impacted the window. No fault of Albany AT ALL but they helped us to resolve even though it meant coming back after initial installation. Really grateful and we will definitely buy from them again.

Placed order for 9 PVCu Windows and 1 PVCu Patio door in June. Delivery and fitting was estimated around 6/8 weeks but was delayed until October due to supply issues which we appreciated and had no issue with. Fitters did an excellent job and we were most impressed with their work ethic. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. One small problem with patio door (blocked drainage holes) Fitter came back within 5 days and sorted it out. We are overall very pleased with the finished job and would recommend Albany Windows to provide a quality product at a reasonable price.

Windows/doors installation - excellent service from initial sales representative through to completion. Staff are friendly and efficient. Fault with one window has already been corrected. No hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

After they fitted a single window during our kitchen refurbishment Albany fitted three upstairs windows and a patio door downstairs. They had been recommended by a friend and other reviews were positive. The installation was completed at short notice as they had a spare slot. The installers arrived on time and the work was done within the day. They were courteous and tidy laying extensive dust sheets and cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. The windows are excellent quality with a special hinge to allow for cleaning of the outside of the opening light. With partial Argon fill to the sealed units we expect good insulation.

We opted for a new composite front door with side panels and have been impressed at every stage with the professional and efficient service we received from Albany Windows. Everything went very smoothly throughout the selection/ordering process, survey and installation. The door is of a very high quality and was fitted in a morning. Everything was left clean and tidy and we were given instructions on how to close and lock the door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Albany Windows replaced 5 windows & 1 door in a single day, even though it was planned for a two day job. The workmanship was to the highest standard & the workman were extremely helpful & friendly. The finish of the windows & door really gives the property a new lease of life.

The staff were very helpful and worked efficiently with minimal disruption and cleaned the area after installation. Gave instructions how to use the door as we had gotten used to an old uPVC door. We are delighted with the product which is of extremely good quality and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Albany Windows replaced all the windows and the front and back door in my house. They arrived on time and started work straight away, they were very professional and courteous. We sought a quote from 3 companies to replace all of our doors and windows and other roofline work. One national and 2 local companies the national lowered their quote a number of times over a few weeks each time explaining the new price as different sale . The price still did not come close to the local companies. We picked Albany over the other local company for a number of reasons. 1 Helpfulness and speed in answering various product questions and producing numerous quotes with requested changes. 2 The price cheaper than the national company and inline with the other local company. 3 Good reviews from various sources including Trusted Traders. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of the new doors, windows and roofline. The work was completed on time by a skilled and professional team and we were left with no mess and only a small paint touch up after new cement was applied to make good on the outside of 1 window. The quote was as promised the final price even though the price of the products must have increased due to the recent supply shortages due to Covid-19.

A straightforward and professional service. No pressuring sales, a very competitive price, adherence to the quote and schedule given and the work to replace window with a French door, carried out very carefully and efficiently by all concerned. I wasn't looking forward to replacing the windows and doors; perceptions of a hard sell and then patching up wallpaper/paint afterwards made me dread this. I couldn't have found a better company to make me change my mind. Christian and Pete were so informative, knowledgeable and honest about what would look good in our old home. We absolutely love the flush finish on the windows and the new front door has made such a positive improvement on bringing light into our hallway. The installation team were just brilliant - no damage or repairs to wallpaper etc. They were so careful and considerate, we were delighted. The service surpassed all of our expectations. We had five windows installed on our property, three were straight replacements but the other two were a complete glazing reconfiguration. From the start there were no pushy sales, just agreed to actions. The initial sales visit was very professional, discussing options, providing choices, and an idea of prices and timescales. We were given a quote that has been honoured throughout. A second visit measured the windows and confirmed the orders when we decided to proceed. The installation team arrived as arranged, were extremely professional, courteous, and consulted on any issues discovered or finishes required. We had one issue with the pattern of the pane which was installed but this was discussed and resolved without any quibble. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone.

The service received from Albany Windows has been excellent; I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I initially contacted Albany to discuss upgrading the conservatory roof and the fitting of some new doors from the kitchen into the conservatory. Peter (the director) clearly knew his stuff and during his initial visit he talked through options with regards to our conservatory roof - whilst his company could not help with the fitting of a new roof (in the end a fibreglass roof was the only option) he was able to quote for and supply and fit new suitable doors and side windows to enable a fibreglass roof to be fitted. Communication has been excellent from beginning to end and timescales clearly communicated and updated throughout. On the day of the install, the fitters turned up nice and early (on time) – I was very impressed with the fitters (team of 3) who were hard working and polite throughout and very tidy in their work. A fourth member of the team arrived towards the end of the installation to check workmanship and that everything was as it should be. You can tell that the doors are of very high quality. We recently had all the windows in the house and porch door replaced and this was the first time we have used Albany. The service from initial quote, survey and actually work was professional and very efficient. The fitters were very friendly, tidied up after themselves and worked very hard. The job was finished to the expected standard and we are pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

We found a conservatory we liked at Albany Windows, Cheltenham and were impressed by the way our initial enquiry was handled. We asked for a quotation, were visited by a member of staff and the price was emailed through on the date promised. When construction started we were very impressed by both the workmanship, attitude and politeness of the staff. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up well each day. We are delighted with the end result and are now busy buying furniture! We thoroughly recommend Albany Windows without hesitation.

This is the second time we have used Albany Windows. We were so pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials used 2 years ago in building a Conservatory and separate Enclosed Porch for our Front Entrance that we saw no reason to go elsewhere. We were very pleased to see the same team of builders/fitters as previously and they were as efficient as before taking great care to protect all internal carpets and décor when working so that after the job was completed no extra cleaning and decorating was required by ourselves. The job was completed and everything tidied in the 1 and 1/2 days they originally estimated. Amazing performance.

We had 3 bedroom windows replaced shortly after moving in. Although we were still in lockdown, everything from quote to fitting was prompt and competent. There was very little mess with even material dropped on a lower roof cleared away. We are having a further 3 windows replaced by this company as we were so pleased with the job they have done.

Very highly recommended. Albany Windows have just replaced all our external doors and windows with ‘Smart’ anthracite aluminium doors and window frames. The whole process was, from my point of view, trouble free. The measurements were taken, the options discussed, the choices made and confirmed and the order placed. We received and agreed an installation time window, which was honoured, and with up to 5 fitters working at any one time, the complicated job was completed to a high professional standard. Both internal and complicated external remedial work was done together with Albany going to some lengths to match existing surface textures and colours. All the fitters were cheerful, friendly, respectful, competent and tidy. None of the above was unexpected as Albany Windows have, over many years, completed other works for us, friends and family members. Thank you Albany Windows.

We asked for a quote last year for our conservatory to be rebuilt on the existing base. Albany Windows provided a detail quote which wasn't the cheapest but included everything we were looking for. We only recontacted AW to go ahead with the work this February. They immediately came out to measure up, and were ready to go ahead in 5 weeks. They honoured the existing quote despite some extra work on guttering and electrics. The guys who came were polite, industrious and easy to deal with. They left things tidy each evening. The work was done to a very high standard, with arrangements for finishing of some details easy to arrange. We are very happy to recommend this firm and will certainly hope to use them again ourselves.

I contacted Albany Windows when I was enquiring about having my front door replaced. An appointment was made to come out to my property and speak with me in person about what I was wanting. I thought that was good customer service. I made my choice of door from the quotes I received and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
