We are very pleased with our 8 windows and 2 doors fitted in October in just 2 days. The fitters worked efficiently and did a very neat job. All the staff were reliable, helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. We definitely recommend Albany Windows.

Albany replaced 8 windows for us and also blocked up 3 windows and a door and relocated our front door. This was far from an easy job but Albany Windows were absolutely brilliant from beginning the end. The windows are superb as is the finish internally. They take pride in their workmanship and the guys were great. The blocked up areas are so incredibly well-matched that they are barely noticeable. We'll definitely be getting Albany Windows back to do more window. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

From the initial meeting with the Albany Windows representative, we felt confident that they would fulfil our requirements (complete replacement of all windows across 8 rooms) and we were not disappointed. Great service and workmanship and they were extremely helpful in sourcing matching handles for our conservatory windows and doors. We saw 4 other companies (from the established nationals to small, local companies) to undertake this work and Albany Windows gave us the greatest level of confidence and we remain extremely pleased with our choice. Albany understand what customer service means. A breath of fresh air and so easy to deal with. From start to finish they provided excellent service. From the initial meeting to the finished job we were delighted. Professional, not pushy, well organised, on time, hard working, attention to detail, respectful, tidy, trustworthy, great price - this applies to the whole team. We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and front door and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I'd ordered 5 windows and a composite front door. Due to lockdowns etc I'd thought I'd get the installation in the new year but I was really surprised and happy to say they contacted me on a Tuesday at the beginning of December and were able to get it all done on the Friday of the same week! Tom and Dave were professional, friendly, tidy, meticulous and even helped get my car going when the battery had died! They cleared up after themselves and explained everything to me and I've been warmer ever since. No problems at all since then and would happily refer them to anyone. Great price as well.

We recently had all the windows in the house replaced and this was the third time we have used Albany. We have previously had a conservatory built and new front and back doors. On all three jobs the service was professional and very efficient. The workmen were very friendly, tidied up after themselves and worked very hard. All three jobs were finished to a very high standard and we are so pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

We had five windows installed on our property, three were straight replacements but the other two were a complete glazing reconfiguration. From the start there were no pushy sales, just agreed to actions. The initial sales visit was very professional, discussing options, providing choices, and an idea of prices and timescales. We were given a quote that has been honoured throughout. A second visit measured the windows and confirmed the orders when we decided to proceed. The installation team arrived as arranged, were extremely professional, courteous, and consulted on any issues discovered or finishes required. We had one issue with the pattern of the pane which was installed but this was discussed and resolved without any quibble. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone.

I wasn't looking forward to replacing the windows and doors; perceptions of a hard sell and then patching up wallpaper/paint afterwards made me dread this. I couldn't have found a better company to make me change my mind. Christian and Pete were so informative, knowledgeable and honest about what would look good in our old home. We absolutely love the flush finish on the windows and the new front door has made such a positive improvement on bringing light into our hallway. The installation team were just brilliant - no damage or repairs to wallpaper etc. They were so careful and considerate, we were delighted. The service surpassed all of our expectations. So much so that we have booked them to install the last door and large window too. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Albany Windows Ltd team.
