About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.
As well as being very proud to have been approved as a Which? Trusted Trader we are members of FENSA and Trustmark, so your investment in home improvements couldn't be in safer hands.

Albany Windows gave us a 1st class service, start to finish. No pushy sales talk. Bay Window and Patio Doors were excellent quality. The fitters arrived on time and worked hard all day. Covered carpets with dust sheets and cleaned up everything when finished. Would thoroughly recommend Albany Windows, for good service and very competitive price.

From start to finish, totally hassle free. No pressure sales, just good advice. Fitters turned up on time and just got on with the installation. Everyone knew what they were doing. Tidied up as they went along. All the finishing was done to a high standard, very satisfied. Great bunch of lads.

Have just had all windows and doors replaced. From the first visit by the salesman (David), who was courteous and helpful to the survey by Peter, and the very happy, friendly and efficient crew led by Nathan. Delighted with finished product. The whole experience was hassle free and would highly recommend them. P.s. as a bonus, the work was completed in half the quoted time.

So pleased we chose Albany Windows to fit our new patio door. Four weeks after a visit from a no pressure sales person (at our request) our patio door was fitted. It was an extremely hot day but the fitters remained cheerful and worked very hard even replacing some missing plaster & vacuuming at the end. I would definitely use Albany Windows again.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, from the initial visit, the surveyor, and finally the fitting. The fitters were great. They arrived on time, quietly informed me of what they were going to do and in which order. They worked steadily and quietly, with no loud music or constant texting.
