About

Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.

Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.

As well as being very proud to have been approved as a Which? Trusted Trader we are members of FENSA and Trustmark, so your investment in home improvements couldn't be in safer hands.

So pleased we chose Albany Windows to fit our new patio door. Four weeks after a visit from a no pressure sales person (at our request) our patio door was fitted. It was an extremely hot day but the fitters remained cheerful and worked very hard even replacing some missing plaster & vacuuming at the end. I would definitely use Albany Windows again.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, from the initial visit, the surveyor, and finally the fitting. The fitters were great. They arrived on time, quietly informed me of what they were going to do and in which order. They worked steadily and quietly, with no loud music or constant texting. They took time to listen to my queries and gave me a clear explanation.

Great job! A completely hassle-free experience! From first consultation through to installation everything was dealt with in a friendly yet professional manner with no pressure. The fitters were excellent, tidying up as they went through the job, and the icing on the cake. The windows and doors look amazing and were good value for money.

From the initial meeting with the Albany Windows representative, we felt confident that they would fulfil our requirements (complete replacement of all windows across 8 rooms) and we were not disappointed. Great service and workmanship and they were extremely helpful in sourcing matching handles for our conservatory windows and doors. We saw 4 other companies (from the established nationals to small, local companies) to undertake this work and Albany Windows gave us the greatest level of confidence and we remain extremely pleased with our choice. Would recommend to anyone.
