We needed a replacement back door. The process was straightforward and easy. We went to the showroom to chose the options we wanted. The whole job took about 3 hours. I was impressed with the workmen, the quality of the work and the door and frame.

We appreciated that there were no high-pressure sales; we asked for a quote, which we received within a few days, and then it was up to us to get in touch, rather than the other way round. The fitters turned up on time, were courteous, considerate and tidy - covering carpets with dust sheets and hoovering before they left. All old windows were disposed of - it was a good job all round. We would highly recommend.

I am very pleased indeed with the new triple-glazed windows and doors installed by Albany Windows. The team were professional, polite, cheerful, willing and very hardworking. Installed 8 windows, 1 french door, brick work and concrete lintel. Work included. 1) Remove large window in kitchen, remove lower brick work and convert to french doors. Concrete lintel above new door. 2) Bricked up old back door, and converted to window. They worked very hard and the final finish was great. They used the bricks removed from the french doors to brick up the old door and you cant tell which was the old brick work. The guys were very friendly, the quoting are straight forward, and there was no pressure selling. Recommend to all.

Fantastic product accommodating need for nonstandard dimensions, and professional helpful staff. Team on site professional and polite replacing all doors and windows with minimal mess or disruption, working with builder to resolve any issues. Even during the pandemic nothing was too much trouble - highly recommend!

Albany Windows supplied and installed an aluminium bifold door and casement window for my extension. I found Albany to be competitive and they provided a detailed quotation which gave me confidence I was dealing with a professional company. When I asked for an amendment to the quotation this was done within 48 hours. Pete from Albany carried out the site survey and helped advise me on the best arrangements for the bifold door opening. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. When the door and window were ready, Pete called me to arrange a fitting date which was flexible to suit my availability. The installation team did a great job getting the bifold and window fitted in a day with no issues. The installation was clean and tidy and I was given a thorough run through of how to operate the bifold doors. The install team left no mess and took away all packaging and rubbish. I was delighted with the quality of the bifold and window, they had been fabricated from high quality narrow aluminium sections maximising the glazing area and the operating gear was smooth running and has a substantial feel to it. The insurance backed guarantee was sent to me promptly upon completion. I wanted to use a local established company to have the confidence I would get a quality product and installation, and also that they would be on hand for any aftercare if it were to be required. Albany exceeded all my expectations and I can’t recommend them enough.

Albany windows Ltd recently fitted a large bay replacement window in my bungalow. I was very impressed with their service, including my initial call to their office, a young man coming to give a quote (no hard sell), the surveyor/owner, who carefully measured up and gave me friendly advice, and finally, the two man team who fitted the window. They came on time, were very careful and tidy workers, plus they were polite and friendly too. I am very pleased with the standard of the work, and the quality of the window, and would not hesitate to use Albany Windows Ltd again in the future.

Third time I've used Albany, this time was a build of a conservatory at the rear of my property. Initial meeting was good with expert suggestions made about best options to go for considering my property is fairly small. Prices and plans were clear and didn't go over budget. The guys who built it were really friendly and considerate, again quality of work was great.

We opted for a new composite front door with side panels and have been impressed at every stage with the professional and efficient service we received from Albany Windows. Everything went very smoothly throughout the selection/ordering process, survey and installation. The door is of a very high quality and was fitted in a morning. After they fitted a single window during our kitchen refurbishment Albany fitted three upstairs windows and a patio door downstairs. They had been recommended by a friend and other reviews were positive. The installation was completed at short notice as they had a spare slot. The installers arrived on time and the work was done within the day. They were courteous and tidy laying extensive dust sheets and cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. The windows are excellent quality with a special hinge to allow for cleaning of the outside of the opening light. With partial Argon fill to the sealed units we expect good insulation.

Albany Windows replaced all the windows and the front and back door in my house. They arrived on time and started work straight away, they were very professional and courteous. The quality of the windows and doors are outstanding. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything ship shape.

Install UPVC French doors and kitchen door. Estimate of time from order to delivery, one month. Yes, within a day or two. Notice of installation, short but acceptable. The company had installed a smart front door a few weeks earlier, which had gone without hitch. The doors appear well made with good security features. The installers were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor faults were dealt with very quickly by the companies trouble shooter. Overall, very happy.

I just had French Door for Juliet balcony installed by Albany Windows and I'm 100% happy with the service. From start to finish very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people were dealing with my door. Decided to install six double- glazed windows to replace originals and chose Albany Windows to avoid large national companies with poor reputations. There were no pressure-selling techniques, unbelievable discounting or even requests for upfront payments. They were quick to respond to an initial phone call and the subsequent quote was comprehensive and detailed. Upon acceptance a survey and measurements were soon undertaken. The schedule overran a bit, but the installation process was quick and clean with a minimum of disruption and the fitters cleaned up admirably at the end. The quote was adhered to and there were several payment options available. Would employ again and recommend this company.
