About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.

Albany replaced 8 windows for us and also blocked up 3 windows and a door and relocated our front door. This was far from an easy job but Albany Windows were absolutely brilliant from beginning the end. The windows are superb as is the finish internally. They take pride in their workmanship and the guys were great. The blocked up areas are so incredibly well-matched that they are barely noticeable. We'll definitely be getting Albany Windows back to do more window. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

They fitted new windows and doors in my rental property. I have used them before so I knew I would not have any problems with them. There is no hard sell, just a really competitive quote. The fitters turned up on the agreed time and date, all were very polite and knowledgeable, telling my tenants and myself the plan to complete the work. I would not think twice about using them again. I really felt Traders Team did a very good job. The work was done at a good pace and the finish work in cleaning and tidying up was excellent. The team were also very polite and friendly. The patio doors seemed of very good quality and fitted at a high standard. I was very impressed with the work done!! I would recommend them to others and if it's needed use them again.

We'd done our due diligence by getting 3 quotes for our new back/French doors. We'd had the horrendous "hard sell" from a major national company. Albany were a complete breath of fresh air - David provided a thorough and clear, but straight forward, sales service. This mirrored the rest of our Albany service. From the outset Albany Windows were professional and efficient, they also gave value for money. The fitters were punctual, did the work very well and within the time scale, no mess, no redecorating, so impressed. We would recommend Albany Windows without hesitation to anyone reading this review. By the way, we never give top marks so one star is missing, must leave some room for improvement, though not sure where!

Really pleased with the quality of the product and the service provided. Don't be be put off by the low price, the quality is excellent. Very friendly company to deal with. We had the whole bungalow fitted with new windows and a new front door. Each window being different had specific requirements. Albany managed to meet all this with ease at a very reasonable cost. Claire, the sales lady was very knowledgeable and did not do a hard sell. The fitters, Jon & Dave were very professional in the work they did for us. Very clean workers with no mess left behind.
