About
Albany Windows is a family business, small enough for Peter Knox and his son Nathan to have close involvement and tight control over very high installation standards and service, but big enough to obtain supplies directly from large high quality manufacturers of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
Whatever your requirements, we have glazing options for every need and budget, and welcome all sizes of project from a single window to a large house full of windows and big conservatories. We also supply some local builders of high quality homes with their glazing requirements.

Install UPVC French doors and kitchen door. Estimate of time from order to delivery, one month. Yes, within a day or two. Notice of installation, short but acceptable. The company had installed a smart front door a few weeks earlier, which had gone without hitch. The doors appear well made with good security features. The installers were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor faults were dealt with very quickly by the companies trouble shooter. Overall, very happy.

I just had French Door for Juliet balcony installed by Albany Windows and I'm 100% happy with the service. From start to finish very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people were dealing with my door. It was a birthday present for my dog who is 7 and he's recently had orthopedic surgery, and he can't jump up and down like he used to. Specially thanks to David and Nathan, and of course Pete. We had our 3 bed bungalow completely double glazed including 2 doors. The sales person was informative and helpful and not at all pushy. Surprisingly the cost was on a par with other far less professional companies offering a lesser product. Fitting was carried out by two gents over 2 days and to a high standard. Required some minor remedial work which was carried out promptly. Customer service first class. So impressed that we had no hesitation in using them again to install windows in a garage conversion some months later. Just as helpful even when we had to change some sizes. Nothing too much trouble.

It’s always great to know that you’ve chosen well, none more so than me deciding to go with Albany for a new front door. It’s a great product fitted by amazing fitters. The meticulous attention to detail that Jeff gave was amazing. There was no get it fitted and disappear. The saying fine toothed comb springs readily to mind when describing how Jeff completed the job. It would be fair to say that Pete played his part too. Thank you both for a job well done. I have no qualms in recommending them to anyone.

We are giving Albany Windows a five star review. Why? They were professional, friendly and helpful from getting our quote to completing the work on our house. They installed high-quality windows and doors within our agreed schedule and budget. The workmanship the window installers provided was second to none - all for a fair and competitive price. We contacted Albany Windows after the work was complete, because we were having difficulty getting paint to match the colour of the composite door We'd had installed. They were really helpful and sourced some paint for us, which matched exactly. The new windows and doors have really elevated the appearance of our house, and we couldn't be happier. Would we recommend Albany Windows - absolutely - what a team!

We had all of the windows replaced and the whole process was trouble free and with zero pressure to buy. The cost was under what we expected too. They took two days to replace the 8 windows, they were efficient and left no mess at all. The windows look great, love that we could choose a colour rather than just white! The workmen were also lovely, polite and friendly. Can’t fault this company, it’s been a pleasure to deal with them from first contact and through to completion.

I have used Abany Windows twice now and I am very particular in the workmanship and quality. I went on holiday an left Pete, to sort out the works whilst I was away, I came back to find the job done to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend David & Pete, both are very good and the price was cheaper than what i was quoted from another supplier who used exactly the same doors and windows as Albany did. Should I move again, and I wanted windows and doors installed, I would not hesitate to use Albany Windows again. Good job done and very satisfied.
