We are really pleased with the windows we had fitted to our house last week. From the sales to the fitting everything was professional and efficient. The fitters were really tidy and did a great job. High quality products at great prices. We will certainly be using Albany Windows again, highly recommended.

Albany team installed our new porch door and it looks good. Slight hiccup with part of lock, but they were back immediately and fixed it. We are very pleased with the result. Prior to placing our order we went along to their showroom and were able to look at 'a real door' to see exactly what we would be getting. All our questions were answered. We would definitely use them again.

I chose Albany Windows on the strength of the excellent reviews, I was not disappointed. Having had two bedroom windows replaced one of the team noticed a very small imperfection in the glass of one window (about 1cm long which we may not have noticed!), arrangements were immediately made to replace it without us requesting it.The whole episode from the first phone call to finally completing the work was done in a most friendly and efficient manner, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Albany Windows.

Albany allowed 3 days to fit our 6 new windows and 1 door, but completed in 2 days in the middle of Winter. On arrival they put down dust sheets everywhere to spare the carpets. They were polite and told us what was happening right through the process and then went through all the locks etc. with us on completion. Wherever render or plaster was chipped or had broken, it was repaired ready for painting and it was minimal. The New windows and door look brilliant and are in keeping with our older property and are a quality product. The craftsmen do like tea and biscuits if you have them handy :)

I contacted Albany Windows when I was enquiring about having my front door replaced. An appointment was made to come out to my property and speak with me in person about what I was wanting. I thought that was good customer service. I made my choice of door from the quotes I received and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The chaps who came out to fit the door were friendly, helpful and very professional. They took their time getting the door absolutely right and it looks amazing. Such great quality it was just what I wanted. The whole process from start to finish with Albany Windows was spot on. So pleased with my new door. Thank you.

We asked for a quote last year for our conservatory to be rebuilt on the existing base. Albany Windows provided a detail quote which wasn't the cheapest but included everything we were looking for. We only recontacted AW to go ahead with the work this February. They immediately came out to measure up, and were ready to go ahead in 5 weeks. They honoured the existing quote despite some extra work on guttering and electrics. The guys who came were polite, industrious and easy to deal with. They left things tidy each evening. The work was done to a very high standard, with arrangements for finishing of some details easy to arrange. We are very happy to recommend this firm and will certainly hope to use them again ourselves.

Very highly recommended. Albany Windows have just replaced all our external doors and windows with ‘Smart’ anthracite aluminium doors and window frames. The whole process was, from my point of view, trouble free. The measurements were taken, the options discussed, the choices made and confirmed and the order placed. We received and agreed an installation time window, which was honoured, and with up to 5 fitters working at any one time, the complicated job was completed to a high professional standard. Both internal and complicated external remedial work was done together with Albany going to some lengths to match existing surface textures and colours. All the fitters were cheerful, friendly, respectful, competent and tidy. None of the above was unexpected as Albany Windows have, over many years, completed other works for us, friends and family members. Thank you Albany Windows.

We decided to have a new composite front door with side panel. Christian was very helpful in the decision-making process. We were notified when it would be fitted. The door arrived on time. The staff were very helpful and worked efficiently with minimal disruption and cleaned the area after installation. Gave instructions how to use the door as we had gotten used to an old uPVC door. We are delighted with the product which is of extremely good quality and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The service received from Albany Windows has been excellent; I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I initially contacted Albany to discuss upgrading the conservatory roof and the fitting of some new doors from the kitchen into the conservatory. Peter (the director) clearly knew his stuff and during his initial visit he talked through options with regards to our conservatory roof - whilst his company could not help with the fitting of a new roof (in the end a fibreglass roof was the only option) he was able to quote for and supply and fit new suitable doors and side windows to enable a fibreglass roof to be fitted. Communication has been excellent from beginning to end and timescales clearly communicated and updated throughout. On the day of the install, the fitters turned up nice and early (on time) – I was very impressed with the fitters (team of 3) who were hard working and polite throughout and very tidy in their work. A fourth member of the team arrived towards the end of the installation to check workmanship and that everything was as it should be. You can tell that the doors are of very high quality. A straightforward and professional service. No pressuring sales, a very competitive price, adherence to the quote and schedule given and the work to replace window with a French door, carried out very carefully and efficiently by all concerned. Minimal amount of dust, very surprising considering this room had white walls! Thank you Albany Windows. I'll be back!

Really great service. Window and bifold bought. Super quick to come and measure up and get quote to us. Really helpful advice on choosing finishes and options. Totally 100% happy with the product. Also extremely grateful for help given over a problem with the building renovation that impacted the window. No fault of Albany AT ALL but they helped us to resolve even though it meant coming back after initial installation. Really grateful and we will definitely buy from them again.

Albany Windows have just completed a full replacement conservatory to match the existing old hardwood conservatory. The end result is a great job that will make a huge difference and matches perfectly what was there before.
