I found Mark to be very helpful and pragmatic, he and his team fixed my leaking roof very efficiently and were accommodating about fitting in around my schedule. He has also given me advice on another issue with the roof. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

Mark came to block a hole in my roof eaves which was an entry point for birds. He got back to me quickly and undertook the work the next day. He did a good job at a fair price. I often dread having to find a contractor/ tradesmen as it's difficult to know who to trust. Mark was reassuring and gave sound advice on how to fix the problem. He undertook the job with no hassle and to my satisfaction. His communication was good and he was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use him again for any roofing requirements and will recommend him to others.

Mark came promptly, looked at what wanted doing, took photographs, and sent a detailed costed estimate with alternative treatments. He carried out the work in a day, cleaning moss from the roof, sealing a leak on a flat roof, replacing two gutters and cleaning the rest, and cleaned up afterwards.

Our charity has used the services of Mark and his team numerous times and we have always been more than happy with the results. Mark always responds quickly to requests and works are being carried out asap. Mark and his team have fixed leaking roofs, replaced tiles, cleared gutters and replaced felt roofs for our charity. Should there be something that needs looking at that is outside the actual job, Mark has always been happy to do so at no extra cost. As we only have very limited funds we especially appreciated that Mark and his team are insured to carry out works off of a harness, what has saved us the cost for scaffolding in the past. On top of the excellent work he's done for us, Mark and his team have always been considerate, friendly and easy to deal with.

Mark came and patched up a major leak in the ridge of our pitched roof which we could hear dripping through into the ceiling above our bed. He was courteous (e.g. considerate of our sleeping baby) and timely and did a great job of the repair. We were very pleased overall.

After a heavy night of rain, our roof started leaking into our bathroom. I found Mark based on neighbourhood recommendations and he was really quick to reply to come have a look. He managed to locate the root of the issue, a tiny hole in the valley connecting our roofs. He also pointed out a few other maintenance issues (chimney, gutters…) that didn't need urgent care but that I should keep an eye on. After this initial investigation, Mark gave us an estimate for the work to be done, including the optional items. I came back to him later that day to confirm the elements to be fixed and he came back a couple of days later with his colleague to fix everything we agreed to. After a couple of hours, he showed me pictures of the completed work Overall, Mark was friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and focused on quality and efficiency.

Chimney
Mark from Albion was recommended to me as a trusted roofer. I was told by a "roofer" who knocked on my door that my chimney stack was in need of urgent repair. He quoted approx ÂŁ380. I was dubious about this approach so contacted Mark. He inspected the chimney and said all was fine and no work was needed. He didn't charge me for his time. I will definitely use him if needed in future.
