Mark was a consummate professional from start to finish - from an initial phone call, through to a transparent quote and good communication throughout. After requiring a repair to the roof of a loft conversion completed only 5yrs ago, we were nervous and cautious about finding the right tradesman for the remedial work. Mark understood our concerns and was clear regarding the required solution, likely cost, and timetable. Yesterday Mark of Albion Roofing repaired our garage roof hit by a neighbour’s tile. He came the same day as we reported it and worked out the problem and repaired it. He previously had solved a long-standing leak on our main roof in November last year after no one else could. Mark of Albion Roofing Solutions and his assistant did an excellent job fitting a new flat roof over the bay window of my house. After a previous builder failed to correctly diagnose how rain was leaking through the wall into my house and whose subsequent work didn't fix the problem, I turned to Which? Trusted Traders and found Albion Roofing, a local Trader who correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Had lost tile, guttering problem and issue with recurring leak. Contacted several roofing companies who either didn't get back to me or weren't interested in helping with repairs. After three previous expensive roof fix failures from other companies, Mark from Albion Roofing Solutions solved the problem. Internal (plus loft) inspection, as well as a comprehensive external investigation made before discussions resolution and costs, were agreed. Was given good photographs highlighting problems in detail, and pictures were taken throughout the works showing progress. The main leakage problem was fixed before other works commenced - with Mark checking via phone that there was no leakage after a bad rain/wind storm plus checking the loft a few days later. When the weather was stable Mark completed flat roof extension area works, flashing, rotting wood and gutter works, plus checking and adjusting other minor issues to ensure no problems arose post scaffold removal. Albion is professional, straightforward, tidy and Mark is a pleasure to deal with.

Four companies came to look at the problem. One said I needed a whole new roof and it would cost me over £32000.00 pounds. One said no, one didn’t even get back to me after looking at the problem. Mark came said yes no worries gave me an amazing quote. He came with his men did the work so quickly and efficiently. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and of course if I have more roofing problems - fingers crossed I don’t - Mark will be the person I will go to.

Mark and his colleague carried out some repair work to some flashing that had come adrift and a crack in a flat roof. I have used Mark before - replacing some roof tiles and have recommended him to my neighbour for similar work. My wife and I find Mark very friendly, caring and approachable. He is very reliable and quotes for work to be carried out are fair. His work is of a high standard and I recommend him (and Albion Roofing) without hesitation.

I haven't used the company yet but found Mark very helpful when enquiring about gutter repairs. He pointed me in an alternative direction due to his experience of dealing with the troublesome type of gutters I needed repairing which I'm currently in the process of pursuing and seemed very knowledgeable.

We had a leak in our flat fibreglass roof and had a number of roofers come out to look at it. We heard a lot of different recommendations but Mark was the most sensible and straightforward and he explained the solution in a way we could understand (not being builders ourselves). His solution solved the problem by covering the section of the roof where he thought the leak originated and fixing the drainage while also left open the possibility of doing further work without having to undo what was proposed, if the initial work didn't fix the problem. He scheduled the work very quickly and was actually able to fit us in ahead of the scheduled day. He was quick and tidy and finished in a day. From the photos it looks like a very comprehensive job, so we're pleased with the outcome and we would recommend Mark to others.

I had been having problem with leaky roof from of my single storey kitchen extension for a while and contacted 5 companies asking for help over the past 5-6 weeks. However I received one automated response telling me they were handling a huge demand and would try to get back to me in 48h but it didn't happen. The rest didn't respond to me at all for whatever reason which left me with despair. The first of all Mark responded me within a day or so and came around very quickly to assess the situation. He checked the area thoroughly spending long time which impressed me already. His quote also arrived swiftly. As many other his previous clients mentioned, he didn't try to push me to do anything expensive or unnecessary works. Also he accommodated my tricky request and squeezed me in with very short notice. The repair work was done efficiently. The area was tidied up well afterwards. No more leak since his work. Mark and his team did a great job fixing the leak in my roof. There were multiple problems which required a few visits and they always checked in to see whether the solutions had worked. They came when they said they were going to, once on a Sunday evening to try to diagnose the problem. I'd recommend them.

Mark resolved our roof leakage problems after two years of trying to find answers with other builders, roofers, and water leakage surveyors. Mark was very easy to work with. Mark came to block a hole in my roof eaves which was an entry point for birds. He got back to me quickly and undertook the work the next day. He did a good job at a fair price. I often dread having to find a contractor/ tradesmen as it's difficult to know who to trust. Mark was reassuring and gave sound advice on how to fix the problem. I had rain ingress in to an internal wall. Albion roof solutions were fast to respond, took lots of pictures of the problem area and the work they Carried out. Reasonable price compared to other quotes. Happy with the work, internal wall is dry, good job guys👍

Mark came promptly, looked at what wanted doing, took photographs, and sent a detailed costed estimate with alternative treatments. He carried out the work in a day, cleaning moss from the roof, sealing a leak on a flat roof, replacing two gutters and cleaning the rest, and cleaned up afterwards.

Our charity has used the services of Mark and his team numerous times and we have always been more than happy with the results. Mark always responds quickly to requests and works are being carried out asap. Mark and his team have fixed leaking roofs, replaced tiles, cleared gutters and replaced felt roofs for our charity. Mark came and patched up a major leak in the ridge of our pitched roof which we could hear dripping through into the ceiling above our bed. He was courteous (e.g. considerate of our sleeping baby) and timely and did a great job of the repair. We were very pleased overall.

He managed to locate the root of the issue, a tiny hole in the valley connecting our roofs. He also pointed out a few other maintenance issues (chimney, gutters…) that didn't need urgent care but that I should keep an eye on. I came back to him later that day to confirm the elements to be fixed and he came back a couple of days later with his colleague to fix everything we agreed to. After a couple of hours, he showed me pictures of the completed work Overall, Mark was friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and focused on quality and efficiency.
