Mark from Albion was recommended to me as a trusted roofer. I was told by a "roofer" who knocked on my door that my chimney stack was in need of urgent repair. He quoted approx £380. I was dubious about this approach so contacted Mark. He inspected the chimney and said all was fine and no work was needed. He didn't charge me for his time. I will definitely use him if needed in future.

This is the second job that Mark and his team have done for me, and I’ve been very happy with the work both times. They recently fixed some leaky guttering, replaced some guttering and installed breathable chimney caps. We have used Albion Roofing twice in the past few weeks. On their first visit they repaired a leaky gutter and cleared a blocked downpipe. Mark also found the source of a leak on our roof which caused water to penetrate into an attic room. On the second visit Mark fixed the leak. Mark had suggested we could fix this ourselves but we preferred for him to do the work. We also have them lined up to fix another roofing problem. I contacted Mark as rain was pouring over my guttering. He was my first port of call as we'd been very happy with roof repairs he carried out last year. He came over within an hour, checked and cleaned out both the front and back gutters for a very reasonable fixed price. Once again, a great service and a nice bloke to deal with. I would happily recommend him.

Mark came to give me an opinion on my roof after Id spent ages chasing after other roofers who didnt follow through. He was professional easy to contact and always replied to messages. He noted that the problems were worse than other roofers had suggested and left it up to me to decide what to do. He even replaced a couple of tiles and didnt charge me. We havent proceeded as yet so I cant comment on his work further but I was very impressed with his professionalism.

We have used Mark on more than once occasion to resolve various problems with the roof of a Victorian house. We found Mark to be very reliable . He aways arrived promptly and gave us a detailed diagnosis. He presented us with more than one option with regard to repairs always aware of the cost. He got up onto the roof there and then; found a blockage causing the problem which he then cleared, and gave me advice on securing the property against further similar problems. He was extremely flexible, generous, helpful and honest with his assistance and recommendations. I had used Albion a few years previously which was why I contacted him again - on that occasion also he was very reliable, efficient, tidy and thoughtful. Both times I have been extremely happy with Mark's work, and I will definitely use Albion again when I need any roofing work done.

Our roof sprang a leak. Contacted Albion Roofing and one other. The other got here first and promised a quick quote so I delayed Albion. It took ages for the other company to produce the quote and it came to over £6000. So I contacted Albion Roofing again, Mark came round quickly to take a look, said they could do it without scaffolding because they had training using harnesses. Quoted £700, did it next day. Stopped the leak. Brilliant.
