Mark is very reliable and an excellent communicator and works to a high standard. We were co-ordinating work on my sister's roof who was working away and Mark was able to fit around a complicated schedule of visits and patiently communicate in a three way email chain! He diagnosed the problem and was able to source very rare replacement tiles and fitted them promptly as well as dealing with other problems. We used Mark earlier in the year to repair the roof on our Victorian terrace after we found water pouring through a ceiling during heavy rain. He was quick to respond to my enquiry and arrived when arranged. He identified the work required and gave us a quote with options for work to be done, ranging from immediate/urgent repair to a longer-term replacement, with fair prices. He was able to undertake the repair within a few days. We were impressed by his communications and customer service, he arrived as arranged and he and his assistant Joanne undertook the work efficiently and to a high standard. He took photos of the before and after so we could see what had been done. We were very happy with Albion Roofing Solutions and Mark would be the first roofer I contacted for any future work.

We've used Albion for a few jobs over the last 2 years, for some flashing, sorting a chimney and installing a skylight and they've always done a sound job, quickly, at a fair price. Mark gave me a good quote for work to repair a flat roof with sealant. He arrived on time with colleague and they did a prompt job, courteous and respectful etc. Mark was careful to only quote the work that he thought was really necessary to do and not to exaggerate etc on what was needed. Previously we have used another roofing firm to repair the roof of our mid-terrace following a building purchase survey. However during the recent heavy rain, we discovering new leaks in an area which was supposedly okay (also we weren't happy with their site reliability). Looking for an alternative roofer, I came across Albion Roofing Solutions. Mark come over to quote the job, located where the water was penetrating and provided a temporary fix. His quote to permanently fix the problem was reasonable and we agreed to get it done as soon as possible. Mark and his labourer turned up onsite as scheduled and completed the work to a high standard (the new lead was securely fastened and render nicely finished) - the leaks have stopped. At the same time Mark replaced a missing baton above a velux window, addressed an annoying leak down a sealed chimney and proposed/implemented a sensible extension of the guttering between the front peak roof and roof over the back of the property. Having faced difficultly finding reliable tradespeople since purchasing our property, I can confidently recommend Albion Roofing Solutions, and have already done so with a neighbour with a leaking flat roof. Mark and his team came to replace four downpipes. He also discovered shoddy work completed by a cowboy that was unfortunately recommended to us and fixed it. He stayed late in the evening to finish the job and completed the work to a very high standard. The price charged was very fair and competitive (we received lots of quotes). Mark was also very pleasant to deal with. Couldn't recommend highly enough and we will definitely be using Mark for future work!
