We had bifold doors and windows installed by Albion and couldn’t be happier. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The fitters were polite, respectful, tidy, and worked with great care. The windows and especially the bifold doors look amazing. From the very first contact right through to the final fitting, everyone at Albion was excellent. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

Having looked at a number of companies to supply and fit Aluminium bifold doors, we found Albion to be excellent. From visiting their showroom to meeting the surveyor and then fitment they performed excellently. Very easy process, with plenty of time to demonstrate their products and discuss options and a final product that was delivered on time and fitted quickly. We are really pleased with the quality of our bifolds and would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

The fitters were exceptional. They were no problem, they were considerate, tidy, and they did a fantastic job. The windows that were installed matched what had been agreed previously. The process from when I approached Albion was stress-free, and everything that was agreed, was acted upon. I would recommend Albion as reliable, reasonably priced, and having a high standard of workmanship and installation.

We’ve just had Albion finish a full house refit - 11 windows and 2 doors - and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial appointment with Paul right through to the installation this week, the service has been excellent. They came when they said they would, weren’t remotely pushy during the quote stage, and provided a superb product that has completely changed our home for the better. We were particularly impressed with the fitters (Luke and Josh) who were a friendly, polite, and skilled team that kept exactly to the schedule they provided us on day 1 of the 4 days - and they were so tidy! I was expecting chaos due to the nature of the work but every evening it was like they hadn’t been there, with all the waste removed and my house put back together beautifully. We would absolutely recommend Albion to anyone who asks.

From John coming to do the quote, through the surveyor coming to measure and then the workmen carrying out the work, Albion always came exactly when they said they would and were very helpful. The windows that they put in were much better quality than the ones that had to be replaced. We needed scaffolding (third floor windows) and the scaffolders were very good too. All in all, very good work and I would use them again

We recently had a Upvc push bar external door with key lock on the outside fitted at our community centre as an emergency entrance door. The two fitters were very efficient and conscientious in their work. The finished installation was of a high quality, and an excellent fit. The old door and its detritus were taken off site when the job was completed. I am delighted to highly recommend Albion Windows.

Albion windows were able to provide a no hassle and professional service and gave us a product which was as identical in dimensions to what was there before (another local firm couldn’t or wouldn’t replicate what was there, so this was crucial). Happy to use Albion again and recommend to others.

Albion installed windows at the family home over 25 years ago and windows still good today so testament to the quality. No brainer to go with Albion again and have been impressed from start to finish! The whole process from emailing photos for quote, measuring up to install was seamless. Fitters hard-working, professional and left the house clean and tidy afterwards. All telephone and email communication/queries were responded to promptly. To deal with horrendous condensation, we needed double-glazing installed for the entire flat, including some massive old bay windows. Of the five companies we contacted for quotes, four were no-hopers. But from first contact to completion, Albion demonstrated why they have such brilliant reviews. Steve Warren gave an unhurried detailed first inspection. His experience and expertise were clear and his quote was exactly what we paid. Surveyor Keith Ott ironed out all the technical specs, explaining options and limitations and working to get as close to our vision as possible. Luke and his team of fitters were a delight. Worked really hard, dealt with some unforeseen obstacles and left the place spotless. The windows look fantastic. And no more condensation. Thank you, Albion.

They were not only highly professional every step of the way, but also extremely helpful, respectful and very friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure everything ran smoothly. Recently had new windows and a back door fitted by Albion. Everything from start to finish was superb. From the friendly, honest and fair quote to the excellent comms whilst the windows and door were being made to the expert and prompt fitting by two really lovely blokes - couldn't be happier. Such a professional service from start to finish with Albion. We've had a number of windows from them but most recently a beautiful porch door, which we're thrilled with. Keith, the surveyor made a number of excellent suggestions with the design which I'm so happy we took on board & the door was fitted before Christmas! Highly recommended.

Very happy with my new windows, they are of good quality and are such an improvement on my old single-glazed ones . They were fitted on schedule. The 2 fitters Bob and Alec were polite, friendly and professional they did a lovely job and cleaned up well after themselves. So nice to deal with a company that does not have pushy salesmen, just offered some good advice and suggestions but listened to what I wanted.No pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Better quality doors in their showroom than I'd seen elsewhere. Clear explanation of the process. The price quoted was correct. No hidden extras. The gentleman who visited to measure and fit the door were professional and respectful. I'm glad we went with them. I do recommend them based on this experience.

I recently moved into a new home and needed a secure window and door for the outhouse. From start to finish, the team at Albion Windows provided excellent service. I received several quotes from different companies, and while Albion wasn’t the cheapest, they weren’t the most expensive either. My choice was made easy due to their helpful advice and clear communication during the home visit and follow-up calls. Even though it was a busy season with an estimated wait time of up to 7 weeks, Albion contacted me within 3 weeks to confirm the installation date. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, got straight to work, and completed the job to a high standard. They also took the time to walk me through some final details. I would highly recommend Albion Windows to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors.

I was looking for a local supplier of Endurance front doors and Albion had an excellent write-up from various sources. John and the team were excellent throughout with two visits setting out what we wanted and then finalising the design. They had some excellent ideas, for example matching the size of the boundary window panes with some of the internal furniture, making it look a lot neater. It’s those little touches that can make such a huge difference. The fitters came and did a wonderful job and it transformed both the internal and external look of the house. Even though it was the Endurance door that led me to Albion I will certainly be a return customer for other jobs in the future. Thanks again to John and the team!

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows. My old windows dated back to 1960's/70's and had a sort of plastic panel underneath. Albion replaced them with floor to ceiling windows which looks fabulous! The fitters were extremely professional and obviously very experienced and left no mess at all. I am very pleased indeed.

Albion fitted two Roseview Ultimate Rose sash windows and an Endurance McKinkley 6 panel front door. For me. They made sure both windows, door and door frame all matched in Anthracite grey. My house is in a conservation area and these products were the closest I could find to looking like wood without being. I am very satisfied with both the quality and look of these products. Albion were competitive on price, the price didn’t change and they delivered the project on schedule. Albion provided me with a 5star service from start to finish. The salesman in their Hayes showroom was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try and up sell. Their surveyor was on time and able to reassure me on my fit worries. The two fitters were punctual, tidy and polite. They took care and their finishing was very neat. The Croydon head office were helpful and prompt at replying to my queries, even when I changed my mind on front door hardware. All communication from start to finish with all involved was clear and immediate. Albion were a pleasure to deal with and I have had many compliments from my neighbours on how great the new windows and door look. I am absolutely over the moon. My house is no longer the ugly duckling in the street. I now have a swan! Thank you Albion!

Albion installed our new patio doors remarkably quickly and to a very high standard. The old doors were removed and everything cleared up efficiently. The survey and explanation of options was conducted in a friendly and clear manner and the price quoted was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Albion replaced my front door and 2 x bathroom windows, cannot believe how smooth it went, arrived at time was given protected hall and stairs, the 2 guys were really friendly and pleasant the replacement went so well and when they went you would have not known I had work done they cleaned everything and took rubbish, great experience well done.

In commissioning this work - replacing window[s] we frequently changed our requirements and finally settled on getting one urgent window replaced while we sorted out other parts of the project. Albion were patient at all time and very flexible in dealing with the installation. This was completed today with an excellent finish and minimal disturbance. I hope we will be able to get them back for the rest of the work. Highly recommended family business.

The whole process went very smoothly from quotation to measuring and installation. The man who came to quote offered advice on various options. The installation team was professional and considerate and did a great job. When one of the window panes hadn’t arrived with our order the team rectified the problem really quickly.

From the moment we called to make an appointment to the last piece of scaffolding going down today we have been very pleased with the professional way we’ve been treated by Albion Windows. We live in a 5th/6th floor apartment so needed scaffolding to assist with the installation of the windows. Scaffolding quickly erected on the day before.
