Craig was responsive to emails and quoted by email after I sent photos. Arrived on time, discussed the job, and installed new bathroom heater as agreed. Tidy trunking of wiring from outside the bathroom. Friendly, efficient and neat. Price slightly lower than email estimate so... all good!

Craig and Adam advised and completed a range of works to upgrade our electrics both inside the house and the garden. In addition they installed a charging unit for our Tesla car. I had a full Electrical Installation Condition Report which was carried out over the entire house. I was informed of the work that needed doing to bring everything up to a satisfactory standard. I felt confident with the work they told me that needed to be done. I needed a new fuse box and various sockets installed and new outside lights. My fuse box is now labelled properly and they explained everything to me. I now know where to go if I need any more work done.

Alcon Electrical are fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them: we have used Alcon in our previous properties and when moving to our new house and facing a variety of electrical issues internally Alcon we’re very responsive and able to attend the property within a couple of days. Great recommendations of where to place lighting for maximum effect, what type would work best and totally invisible during daytime - really very pleased with how it all turned out I’m planning on getting them booked in for the electrical installation for a new air conditioning unit soon.

I contacted Craig at Alcon regarding an EV charger installed at my place of business in Chalfont St Peter after purchasing an electric vehicle. Both Craig and Adam came to take a look around two days later and priced up the works the next day. They also advised me on what charger to purchase based on experience. I then booked them to complete the works and they came as early as they could which was 3 days later once my EV charger had been delivered. I was very impressed with the efficiency and how quick they came. On the day both Craig, Adam and another electrician came to fit my charger. All the work was done with minimal disruption to my property and care was taken at all times. Craig had an industrial hoover and was constantly hoovering as he went meaning no mess was made. My charger was professionally installed and the guys made sure it was working correctly before they left and help me to set up the app on my phone to control the charger.
