Alex was extremely professional, kind and courteous throughout the whole process. From the initial survey, he took time and care to explain everything in detail and was patient in explaining how windows and door differ. We had 16 windows, a utility room door and front door with Alex. He allowed us to send pictures of windows and doors we liked and he then matched them for us. His team always arrived before the given time and were methodical with their approach to what needed to be completed. They honestly highlighted any snags and were quick to fix any problems that were not their fault. Alex was always available via call or text throughout the process. Highly recommended and we were extremely happy to use a local tradesman.

Had previously approached other people to undertake a number of jobs to secure windows and doors. The fIrst was only interested in selling security devices and the second created more problems than he solved. Called in Alex on my daughter’s recommendation. Alex recommended some sensible and cost effective solutions to a number of problems including installing a new door. The work was completed on schedule by Alex and his team and they cleared up thoroughly on completion.

Alex & his team supplied & fitted 2 Cortizo sliding doors. They removed French doors and a further large window. The work was skilfully completed in a day. Dobson Windows & Doors are professional, reliable polite & tidy. We have used them before & recommended them on many occasions. I would use the again without hesitation.

This is the second time I've engaged Alex for window replacement. It was an easy decision based on the previous positive experience. This time round Alex and his colleague swapped an old bow window for a plant-on bay window making a huge difference to our property. Alex was helpful and patient during the design decision-making process and once a date was set for the work, it didn't change. Their work was top notch - from the thorough application of dust sheets and floor protection, care with the old window removal to minimise disruption and the ensuing making-good, to the final touches and clean up at the end. We will be using him again for future jobs that we have planned. Highly recommended!
