Alex and his team were so fantastic in replacing our windows and doors! They were prompt, polite, incredibly clean and tidy and we are so pleased with the finished work. The patio doors, kitchen stable door and front door are all flawless and the finish and sealing on all the windows and doors is perfect. The amount we paid was the exact quote we were given and there were no hidden costs. Alex and his team are definitely perfectionists! We would highly recommend Alex and his team for any windows, doors or glass replacement.

This is the second time I've used Alex. He fitted a new front door last year. This time he fitted 3 new windows. The team arrived on time and carried out the work to the usual high standard. Alex and his team arrived right on time and worked diligently and carefully to remove a difficult Crittall window and a worn out back door. It took me some time to choose the company to do this work and I am very glad I did so and chose Alex Dobson. When he came to do the quote it was obvious that he was very experienced and knowledgeable and the confidence he expressed regarding replacement of the window was very refreshing and reassuring. Alex & his team supplied & fitted 2 Cortizo sliding doors. They removed French doors and a further large window. The work was skilfully completed in a day. Some friends recommended Alex when we moved house and wanted all our windows and front door changed. We got some other quotes anyway but Alex was very reasonably priced. He was very accommodating with all our changes and indecisions too. Communication was very clear and installation dates were actually quick compared to the other suppliers we contacted. Onsite, he and his colleague Garry were super efficient, diligent, tidy and really friendly and lovely. They did a really good job and made good nicely. Couldn't recommend Alex more!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication and time management very good. The whole house was fitted with new windows and completed within the timescale advised when we placed the order. Both Alex and Gary are very professional and ensured when they fitted the windows, carpets and areas around and through the house were covered. They cleaned up immaculately each day. They did such a good job, we have asked Alex to fit a new front door for us. Already received the quote and placed our order. Would have no hesitation recommending.
