Alex arrived on time and did a fine job and left the site neat and tidy. The work was completed in a few hours and was on budget.

Our Monarch aluminium conservatory has had a polycarbonate roof since being built 25 years ago. We decided that an upgrade to glass panels would improve both temperature control and appearance of the roof. Mr Dobson was prompt to reply to enquiries, and of the quotes we received, was the most competitive and he offered sensible advice as it was not really necessary to replace the whole roof! The existing polycarbonate panels were templated on one visit and then the Activ Blue glass panels fitted a few weeks later. The roof has been completely transformed by this glass and now gives a modern airy look to the conservatory. We highly recommend this company.

Alex and Gary have been replacing doors and windows for many years and that tells its own story. I received 5 quotes for the work and Alex stood out from the rest. Calm, knowledgeable, punctual, and by no means the most expensive, he always followed up on what he said he would do and didn’t expect me to pay 90% of the final invoice price, before work had even started, unlike many of his competitors. The quality of the doors and windows they fitted, despite mistakes made by the factory, some of which cost Alex, was as he had promised - excellent. The quality of the installation by both him and Gary - faultless. Even the small things - the making good and tidying up was done without fuss and done with care. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great communication and time management very good.
