I've used Alex a couple of times on two different houses and will be using him again in the future. Great communication, work, tidiness and reasonable priced.

Alex supplied and fitted our new composite door. His service, attention to detail and professionalism was first class throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.

We contracted Alex to refit our entire house's double glazing to replace a mixture of ages and styles. Alex was very helpful and patient while we were deciding what to do and advised during the selection process. The job itself was done very quickly and in fact finished ahead of time and they were polite, courteous and professional throughout. We had three windows and our front door replaced. Alex responded promptly to my initial request for an estimate, and sent a reasonable estimate shortly afterwards. He did not try to persuade me to replace windows that didn't need replacing, which I found reassuring. He kept me informed as to the progress of the order from his supplier. On the agreed day for the installation he arrived promptly at eight am and covered all relevant carpets and furniture to protect them from dust. He and his colleague worked efficiently and professionally. All three windows were finished by two pm and we were briefed on the mechanics of the lock on the new front door. The finished work was excellent and they cleared up thoroughly, leaving nothing behind. I heartily recommend this company.

Alex Dobson replaced 14 windows and 5 doors in my house. He and his crew completed the job in 3 days and left the house clean and tidy, with virtually no need to touch up any paintwork. The job was completed to the agreed plan, timescale and budget. Alex took the time to talk about the window and door systems he proposed and was happy to accommodate changes to initial design up until the order was placed. There was one slight issue when the manufacturer sent some incorrect trims but Alex spotted this before the start of the job and arranged for the correct ones to be suppled but this did take two attempts - all correct now. I can't comment on aftercare as the job has only just been finished but he has said he will return to resolve any problems, if necessary

After careful selection using a number of catalogues. New doors and windows were fitted to the two level front and parts to the rear of the property. A great experience, zero complaints. Professional, Efficient, Timely and Courteous.

Alex and his team were excellent. Really pleased with the new windows and door. They even managed to replace the tiny utility window we have that all other companies said would just have to be bricked up. Great value as well, very reasonably priced.

All 18 windows and 5 doors (including front and French doors) in my house needed replacement. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and attitude when he came to quote for the work. He offered to move any furniture and alarm sensors out of the way while work was taking place and replace them after finishing. Alex answered all my queries and, shortly after his visit, I received a detailed and very competitive quotation for the work. The installation work commenced within the delivery date promised, and Alex and his two-man team were always "on site" at or before the agreed time of 8 a.m. All three of them carried out their work to the highest standard and were very courteous and pleasant towards me. As promised, they moved my furniture and alarm sensors carefully and always thoroughly cleaned up the room they had been working in. They finished the work well within the time scale quoted, and I had no problems whatsoever with their work or the communication between us. I am extremely happy with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone considering this type of work.

The team deserve a five star review on all counts. Built credibility right from the contact stage to quotation and enquiries, and then finally to installation. Cost was very competitive . Quality of work was excellent.

Alex removed a course of bricks to lower the existing high threshold and fitted a new door in a doorway which was not even all the way around. He's made a really neat job and has managed to remove or conceal all of the old white sealant on the brickwork. Everything was cleared away at the end of the job. Alex clearly has an eye for detail and cares about the quality of his work. He has been polite and well organized and the price was also better than the other quotes I had.

Work involved replacing all windows in old semidetached property and new windows and doors in single storey rear extension. Alex carried out the work at the time he said and within the timescale agreed. The job was done very professionally and highly satisfied with the result. The place was left clean and tidy and all rubbish cleared away. I would definitely use Alex again and recommend him to others.

Alex invested a great deal of time as I explored various options for he door I wanted. Nothing was too much. He arrived on time, removed the old door, fitted the new door and did an excellent job.

Alex fitted 2 bay windows, 1 smaller window and new French doors. Excellent service throughout, from initial survey and estimate, fitting them with Alex and Gary, through to rectifying a couple of issues with the glass (a depot problem, not Alex). Professional, courteous and on time throughout. Excellent value for money, when compared to other people who quoted. Would definitely recommend them.

After our last glazer let us down, Alex fitted us a great bifold at a good price, recommended for sure.
