Alex has completed many tasks for myself over the past few years, from simple tap changes to full boiler system installations. I have always found Alex helpful and professional and has always happy to offer guidance.

We had a complete refit of our en-suite including low profile shower, sink and toilet. Alex managed the whole process and completed the work to a very high standard. In particular any issues that arose Alex dealt with quickly and without fuss. Great to have a plumber that we can trust and we would definitely use him again. Subsequently we had a new boiler installed by Alex.

Upfront and transparent about costings and time frames. Booking in the work was straightforward and the team turned up on time on date agreed. Work completed without delays - they coped and responded really well to a couple of unique issues that appeared during the work. Team were professional and friendly - no concerns about leaving them to it and they were considerate and very tidy moving equipment and fixtures/fixings in and out of the house. Alex Maggs Plumbing fitted a new Worcester System boiler and Nest Smart Thermostat after our previous boiler broke down. They attended site to fit the new boiler within 24hrs of my inital call with them, which i was very impressed and happy with. The initial advice on choice of boiler was considered, honest and helpful. The engineers who attended to carry out the work were courteous, punctual and very professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they also took the time to clean and hoover any mess, leaving the house better than when they found it. They took the old boiler away and disposed of all packaging etc too. We're very happy with the whole process from start to finish and the new boiler/smart thermostat set up is working brilliantly.
